Friendly staff, good food and great bar
Stayed here for a lads trip benidorm in March 2025.
Easy check in with really friendly staff. Room lovely and clean, yes a little dated but ideal for us.
We went all inclusive and it is well worth the money. Huge choice of food in the evenings, im super fussy but always found loads to eat.
The bar is open to the public also which we liked as it meant we got to mix with some locals which was nice. Huge choice of all inclusive drink in both the main bar and the pool bar. Spirits were included in the all inclusive, if you wanted top shelf brands it was just €1
About a 8 minute walk to the start of the bars 15 minutes to Morgans tavern for reference and being in old town was great to go to the local markets.
The pool was always clean and the jacuzzi and the roof top bar area wad lovely to sit in during the day with views across old town and the mountains.
Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Amazing experiences
We recently stayed at Magic Cristal Park on an all-inclusive package, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. As a strictly vegetarian family, with one family member also having an egg allergy, we were a little concerned about meal options. However, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after.
A special thank you goes to the hotel manager, Helena. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about our experience. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. She is an asset to the company.
The kitchen staff, reception team, and everyone else were equally helpful and accommodating. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service made our holiday completely stress-free.
The hotel's location is another huge advantage. It is right in the heart of the town and only a five-minute walk from the beach, making it an ideal base for exploring Benidorm while enjoying a relaxing family holiday.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Magic Cristal Park, especially to vegetarian families or anyone with dietary requirements. The exceptional service, welcoming atmosphere, and perfect location made our holiday memorable. We would happily stay here again.

I asked for rooms to be nextdoor to each other when I booked. They put me and my daughter on the 6th floor, and put my husband and two boys on the 4th floor. Went to Reception Monday morning, it took them two days to make a change. The room my daughter and I had changed to, had little wall-lamps; one of them was hanging off, with wires poking out. And had a smell in the bathroom. Complained about the issues, nothing was done. Night before checkout, we asked about keeping a room for an hour on the day of checkout, and also about using a courtesy-room too. They told us to come back in the morning. On checkout day, before we even checked out of the rooms; they turned off the water so none of us could have a shower or brush our teeth. We asked about keeping one of our rooms on for another hour, we got told 'No' because the hotel was fully booked. We left our luggage in a luggage-room, then went in the town for some hours. When we got back, we asked about the courtesy-room again, we got told 'No'; that we had to make a booking for a room at 6:00PM. They never told us we had to book it at 6:00PM.
As well, the food wasn't great. The staff weren't helpful either.

We have just arrived home from Magic Cristal Park and I really wish I had taken notice of the bad reviews but I honestly didn’t think it could be that bad. I have stayed in another 3 star hotel in Benidorm and this hotel should not be rated 3 stars.
On arrival, the reception area was total chaos and very slow. We saw an argument as some guests were trying to push in at the lifts. I paid extra for a balcony but did not get a room with one. I had to then join the long queue again at reception to be told this is not something they offer, despite me paying TUI for one. A few hours later they found us a room with a balcony but the aircon wasn’t working. We went out and came back, to be told it was fixed. It wasn’t and the room was unbearably hot. A maintenance man tried to fix it but couldn’t. We ended up with a portable air conditioning unit for the rest of the week. Junior, who worked on reception, was helpful however. The rest came across as unfriendly and pretty hostile.
There’s so much wrong with this hotel, it is run down, outdated and needs a deep clean. The shower curtain was hardly attached, the doors onto the balcony were extremely stiff and there was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom.
I’m not a fussy eater but the food was just about edible. The restaurants are chaotic and depressing. We ate out most days. The WiFi is non existent and don’t even bother with the lifts. We took the stairs up to the 7th floor to the pool where there’s not really any sun loungers with shade, especially on the astro turf area. Drinks were okay but there was never enough staff. Anita was friendly and there was a good choice of drinks. Just an overall horrible experience and we will never go back. Extremely disappointing.
