Missing/stolen item from room
Room lovely, best shower ever BUT returned to the hotel yesterday evening and one of my shoes was missing from the room. Turned the room upside down, member of staff came up to help and it's nowhere to be found. Reception staff said they'd check with the laundry in case it had been bundled up with the dirty towels but now been told by reception that it hasn't been found and "it's only one shoe" . It's going to cost me £60+ to replace the pair which makes the hotel less of a bargain. Nobody expects to have things go missing from their hotel room and for that reason I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Stayed seven night in Madeira Centro hotel. I feel the hotel owes me nothing and have very few complaints. Rooms were modern and very clean. The hotel is pleasant and has plenty of staff. Lunch menu was impressive, was not part of my package but after trying it on day one i looked forward to it each day. Elena cleaning the rooms was lovely and tried to do the cleaning at a time that would cause me no disruption. Lifts in hotel are painfully slow and usually have people queing for them. Overall a great stay in a lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel friendly staff good clean rooms. Lovely outside pool plenty of sunbeds. Right near old town. Inside pool ok did not use as something was being pumped into it, steps only to get into. Only downer for us was evening meal was 8 o'clock which is too late for us to eat. Roof top bar is good for views

Excellent Location & Value for Money !!!
Top class location and only a stroll to Leavante Beach. Lovely spacious hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and tick all the boxes. A buffet breakfast to cater for all tastes was included. Pool is fairly small but with the beach ⛱️ on your doorstep it's not an issue !! Rooftop bar is a bonus!! Excellent all round experience.

Turned up looked a lovely hotel ,I booked a twin room with a balcony when arrived at room on 5th floor we had a double bed with a sofa bed and no balcony ,when asking reception staff about room I got such a rude response and told to come back the following day to request a better room to a manager ,if you book please request before hand so not disappointed !! ,breakfast very disappointing ,lovely clean room and waterfall shower can’t complain about cleanliness but not a four star hotel at all .
