Just getting round to writing a review from our girls trip in May! We absolutely loved this hotel, it is away from the loud and busy strip but is close enough to walk down to on a night! It has lots of food and shop options close by, the restaurants and bars inside the hotel are also great options, particularly the buffet breakfast there’s lots of choice.
The rooms are spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable and clean and the balcony’s are huge! Can’t fault the rooms at all. The pool is huge and very cool and there’s lots of sun loungers and you don’t need to fight for them. There’s a pool bar and entertainment and games for adults if you want to take part.
Loved it here and we’re coming back again next year!
Hassan the bar man is amazing, always helpful and has a lovely smile. Would fully recommend the hotel.
This was my second time visiting the hotel and I’d highly recommend it. We were travelling with my elderly blind uncle and as requested we were given an accessible room on the first floor for him with one next door for us so we could be close at hand if he needed us. The accessible rooms are very disabled friendly and super clean. The staff here are all so lovely and helpful and the food is excellent.
We really liked this hotel the location was really good for us away from all the busy parts, but near enough to walk to everything. Bonus a couple of Supermarkets just over the road and McDonald's within 2 minutes walk. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. A couple of things that let this hotel down were the bedrooms were outdated and there were mould in the bathroom . The subbed situation were the same as most hotels with people hogging the beds and one family taking three umbrellas for 3 people and to our knowledge they were not challenged about this, leaving others in need of umbrellas without one, so for me this needs addressing, more umbrellas and staff to challenge greedy customers.
Hotel and food was average. Trip ruined on first day when handbag was stolen whilst eating breakfast. CCTV not working in the area we sat! Be careful with all belongings!
