Home from home!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I honestly would.
This has become my favourite place on earth, and every time I come back it somehow manages to exceed my expectations. The hotel is spotless, the food is fantastic, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and every single member of staff makes you feel genuinely welcome.
A special thank you has to go to Luciana. She is an absolute credit to the hotel. She’s friendly, funny, remembers people, and always helps you out with speaking Spanish.
One thing that really stands out about this hotel is that nothing is ever too much trouble. Whether you’ve locked yourself out of your room (yes… that was me 😂), had a problem with your phone, or managed to create some other holiday drama, there’s never an issue the team won’t do everything they can to help you fix. They genuinely care about their guests, and it shows.
Thank you all for another unforgettable stay. I’ll keep recommending this place to everyone I know, and I already can’t wait to come back. See you again soon!
Girls trip
Great hotel great staff lovely food 7 girls we had 3 rooms entertainment were brilliant espically brown hair girl the man at the pool bar so cheerful knew my drinks second day (sorry not great at remembering names)spacious rooms cleaned everyday highly recommended
Super spot in Benidorm
We stayed here half board for one night as we were off to see show at Benidorm Palace and this is super close. We loved it and would recommend the hotel. As a vegetarian I found there to be plenty of choice each meal and we’ll stay again. Just 15mins from the beach too!

Perfect vacation – we can’t wait to come back!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious with plenty of options every day, and the atmosphere around the hotel was fantastic.
The entertainment team made our holiday unforgettable, especially Jony. He truly deserves special recognition! He was incredibly kind, energetic and funny, and always made sure everyone was having a great time. From dancing in the pool and fun games to all the daily activities, he brought so much positive energy and made every day exciting. He genuinely made our vacation 100 times better, and we will always remember him.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. We met so many lovely people and created memories that will stay with us forever.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing and unforgettable vacation in Spain. Whether you’re 18 or 80, there is something here for everyone. Thank you so much to the entire staff for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️🇪🇸

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless. The reception staff were always very helpful and professional. The cafeteria staff were also very professional, discreet, and helpful. The chef was truly talented and eager to accommodate any request. The pools were beautiful. One downside, I must say, was the carpet on the 16th floor, which was covered in large stains and gave off an unpleasant odor—a truly bad calling card. We'll gladly return, perhaps with the carpet on the 16th floor replaced. Thank you so much, Giuseppe.
