The customer can choose between accommodation only, Hab. + Breakfast, Half board (breakfast and dinner) or Full Board. A frequent local bus service from the station connects the hotel to the center (1.5 kms.) Or Levante beach (2 kms.) The hotel offers not only accommodation regimens alone or Hab. + Breakfast, but also the possibility of half board (breakfast and dinner). All rooms have large windows to observe the city and Puig Campana mountain, the Sierra Gelada and the Rock of Ifach in Calpe.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
was a nice hotel quite far from the centre but nice and quiet staff where friendly and room was cleaned daily. Only problem i had was there was blood or some kind of red stain on the towels but other than that every else was clean. If you want nearer to the centre this hotel is not for you but if you want peace and quiet then this is for you.
We came back to this hotel because it was good. The rooms are very nice clean all the staff friendly and it’s a lovely buffet breakfast where the staff are constantly replenishing the food and friendly. We were particularly impressed with Julie at the bar at the swimming pool always helpful and smiling/
What a fabulous hotel. It’s clean and modern the staff are super friendly. The rooms are spacious and have a shower and bath in them. I was quite nervous about coming from reading the reviews however our stay was fantastic. It is out of the centre about 5 minute taxi ride however it was so nice to relax in the hotel away from hustle and then go out at night to the centre. The only thing is there are no tea coffee making facilities in the room but there is a fridge which is great. Pool area is clean, there is a gym and sauna too. Overall a great stay and we will return.
We needed somewhere for a one night stop as we passed through Benidorm. We didnt want to be super central and this suited us perfectly. This hotel has spacious rooms, great views, friendly staff, decent WiFi, parking and comfy beds. We opted to include dinner and breakfast and the simple but tasty and plentiful self serve options were worth the money. Would deffo recommend. Pool looked great too but we arrived late and had to be up and out early. The lady attending to the restaurant good was extra lovely and a bottle of house wine in the restaurant was only 8 euro :-)
The one star was for the exit door Arrived after a 12 hour journey to be told our room had been cancelled Reception was completely dismissive to the point of rudeness blaming our holiday group Refused to help or reassure us both in our 70s that we would not be sleeping on the streets that night Lovholidays were in uncontactable we had to phone our daughter in the uk to get it sorted No apology, The food was beyond disgusting, stone cold even at 8am At one point the drink machine was broken and we couldn’t even get a drink of water Staff were rude and gossiped amongst themselves, Even when we greeted them in the morning there was no response No bowls for cereal, I had to eat from a cup All the food was tasteless, pancakes were rock hard This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in throughout my 70 years I shall be contacting the Spanish tourist board
