Brilliant staff
Just got back from a week at the Benikaktus. The hotel is brilliant. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms were modern and very clean. The views were brilliant. The location was perfect for us as a family with two young children, we didn’t want to be too near the strip. We didn’t hear much noise at all at night. It is up a bit of a hill but if you use the bar entrance then it takes a good amount of the hill away. Lastly, the staff were amazing. Every single one was friendly. Most were extremely friendly. I want to mention Angel in the restaurant, he made such a fuss of our 4 year old son. He made Stanley’s holiday, he left saying he felt like he had made a friend, it was very sweet. Would only ever stay at this hotel when we visit Benidorm!

What a dump!! OMG!!
Now I have you attention, ignore the title. What a lovely place to spend a few nights. We arrived in the early hours of the morning. The gentleman on reception was very polite and courteous, gave us a kettle and some milk and coffee, probably saw us drained with tiredness but nevertheless was very kind. Hotel is at the end of Levante beach and wow!!!! The views are stunning. Room was spotless and just like in the photos. Breakfast was a vast array of fruits, cold meats, fry up, cereals. Would find it hard not to find something for your taste. Staff are very friendly and helpful. What a gem, we were delighted with our stay and will most certainly be back. Bravo to all the team at Benikaktus

Stayed here this june/ july just got back what a lovely hotel, room was clean with small fridge food was as good as a. Four star hotel the staff were very nice and helpfull entertainment was not that good but we went to the strip anyway the pool and area around it needs looking at give it a good clean up but this is just nit picking all in all a nice time was spent here and would come back again well done to everyone and thank you for a nice stay.
Amazing views, great hotel
Fabulous hotel, staff very helpful & friendly. Rooms great, clean, daily cleaning & towel changes. Beds comfortable.Views are amazing . Good value. Noise level none slept good. Fridge & hairdryer in rooms bonus. Prices for drinks at the bar were fine. Didn’t use the Swimming pool but few people in there. Nice terrace . Walkway down to the beach Overall would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Benidorm
