Best Hotel in Benidorm
We have been staying in this hotel for the last 6 years. Its the best hotel in Benidorm by a mile. Fantastic location and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. We love our friend William the lifeguard, he is so pleasent and always greets us with the biggest smile. He always goes above and beyond and looks after us always. We stayed for 4 nights in May and we will be returning again in 2 weeks time in which we are extremely excited for. The receptionists were very accommodating and looked after us when we had an issue with the location of our room, without any hesitation they took care of us. The food is exceptional as always at the pool and the vibe and atmosphere is very relaxing. 10/10 always for the Helios

We’ve had a really great couple of days at this hotel. Cannot fault a single thing The staff are amazing & can’t do enough for you Food is amazing Room is great & very clean We aren’t party animals so didn’t know what to expect when coming to Benidorm but this hotel is in a great location & lovely and chilled. We received 2 beers, crisps and a hand written note welcoming us on arrival We also received two drinks vouchers and a hand written note slipped under our door. Without these things this hotel would be getting a 5* review but these little extra touches just add to our great experience here. Thank you Helios hotel We will be back!
Lovely break
Lovely hotel, quiet and clean! Great location as it’s close to everything! The reception staff sorted any issues quickly and a lovely room for a good price. The hotel has a lovely pool and spa facilities. Amazing service from Roque and Zunia behind the pool bar!
Perfect stay to Benidorm
Perfect choice to stay in Benidorm. Nice rooms, very good meals, and super kind staff (special thanks to Angel and Diego at the reception for their help).
Absolutely amazing
From the moment we arrived our short stay was perfect very friendly reception staff and all staff where very friendly the hotel was kept so clean Big shout out to the management as when I arrived it’s was my birthday and the hotel sent up to my room cake and fizz absolutely made me feel special Excellent food loads of choice Rooms were immaculate clean Coffee machine in room Free safe Pool area was spotless and the pool was nice and warm Bar area and snack bar was perfect and prices were reasonable All in all best hotel i have stayed in Benidorm Looking forward to may 2027
