Pool

The staff here are fantastic as is the hotel. Everything is clean and the cleaning ladies do a great job in the rooms. Only problem maybe was a lot of gangs and sometimes a bit noisy around the pool also a lot of people vaping at the pool bar very annoying while trying to enjoy a drink at the pool bar. But everything else was perfect including the most delicious breakfast and a good shout out to the man making the omelette. Will be back as I am booking again for September. 
 

Fantastic Hotel 

Drove here for our wedding anniversary, for one night, Edwardo on reception was very helpful. The carpark was awkward to find but once we had negotiated the auto shutter entrance, it was just a short walk away. We checked in and went to our room to find a loud electrical buzzing, we went to reception and Edwardo changed the room straight away, to a larger room with great views. We did not eat in the hotel but walked to the old town as there are some great Spanish restaurants there. The entertainment in the hotel in the evening was ok. We used the spa and it was very good, you had the whole area to yourself for 45 mins, steam room, jacuzzi, sauna and cold showers. All very clean and good. The pool side bar was excellent offering snacks too, all in all a pleasant stay

Great staff and spa

The Helios exceeded my expectations in every way. It was my first time to Benidorm so I was a little nervous. The hotel was exceptionally clean in all public areas. Housekeeping do a wonderful job. The reception staff go above and beyond particularly Angela and Diego nothing was too much trouble. You could not get a better location in Benidorm. Walking distance to most places but still a quiet hotel. Rooms facing the pool are set back from the road so extremely quiet.

Excellent hotel you can’t fault

Pleasantly surprised.  Great location hotel for central, beach and nightlife short walk away.  Easy parking virtually same street as hotel albeit underneath ground but worked fine.  The lovely Angela at reception was such a breath of fresh air.  Very pleasant and helpful member of staff.  All staff eager to help and made us feel welcome.  Room immaculately clean and spacious with sufficient size balcony partially overlooking pool and main entrance area.  Well thought out logistics with all activity ie restaurant, pool, bars all in same lower level location.  A little cocktail bar in the evening out on front entrance terrace was a nice touch.  Breakfast had so much variety to suit all tastebuds.  All fresh ingredients.  Didn’t stay for evening meal but had a little look in on dining room and was pleasantly surprised as all foods looked so tasty and presentation 100%.  Will definitely try and eat there on another visit.  Would stay here again and recommend others give it a try.  Helios have got it so right.  Well done all.  Frank & Charlotte Muir

Pleasantly Surprised

Everything in this hotel was lovely .It was super clean everywhere , the staff were really friendly and helpful , the pool was great. Pool snack bar food , drinks and service was good quality . Our room was great with plenty of storage space and a huge balcony. Bathroom was very good . Housekeeping excellent.  Good location. I really can’t think of anything negative to say about it. I would certainly go back and would recommend it to others without hesitation.
