Helios

I stayed in several hotels in Benidorm previously and Helios Benidorm is the best by far. I know that many guests already left feedback about friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and great quality/choice of food. I previously booked all inclusive hotels, but after staying in Helios Benidorm I decided, that actually breakfast and dinner are sufficient enough. The choice of dishes was amazing, every day change of cuisine at dinner time - Spanish, Chinese, Indian… with great variety of meat, fish, poultry, sea food and vegetation options. Honestly, if there was another meal at lunch time, I would probably had to take 2 seats on the plane on the way back home…😅 Victor, restaurant manager, Ramon and Luz, second managers, always great you when you enter the dining hall and make you feel very welcome. They greeted my son and I saw on several occasions how well Victor and his team organized everything efficiently to make all guests happy. Alejandro - in the morning making pancakes, fresh eggs, always with the smile. I don’t remember the name of the other guy, but I called him surgeon, because it was so interesting to watch him performing his art grilling fish or meet in front of you. Our waiters over 2 weeks period were Carmen, Celia, Gurpreet Singh. We loved to take the same table and it was always prepared for us very fast, the empty plates were taken away almost immediately. I would not say that the evening program by the pool was always good, but the bar staff was amazing. Jessica and Wanda have great sense of humor and would make you feel easy and relaxed. If you have a chance, listen to Gilberto performance. He plays guitar and has a great personality. The special thank you to the reception staff - they would go extra mile to make guests comfortable and welcome. They would give you advice, check on how you feel about the hotel, room, service… Isabel and Diego were very helpful when I had a small issue with AC. They actually speak about 4 languages each! English, French, German, Italian! Very impressive… Javier was arranging our room on our arrival and he did everything to meet special needs of my son. I am very grateful to him. Fran, the security guy at the reception, looked always smart and professional. You could say that he did his job properly. I am sorry if I mixed up the spelling of the names, unfortunately, the staff doesn’t have badges with the names at most places any more. We are looking forward with my son to go back to Helios Benidorm again. If I manage, I will book it for this October. I wish I could learn Spanish by then!

Hotel Helios is a lovely hotel very friendly and food amazing this is our third year now the entertainment is good Lucia is amazing gets the crowd going and is so friendly
