Top Hotel worthy of its 4 stars
We've lived on The Mar Menor for 25 years & were visiting my Sister & Brother in law who were on holiday in Benidorm from the UK The hotel was absolutely amazing. Reception staff were extremely friendly, cheerful & helpful. We chose to use the hotel car parking facilities which were close by & therefore very convenient. The restaurant is huge & very comfortable. Staff were, again, very friendly & it never felt too busy. Our table was cleared promptly between courses too The buffet style food was of a very high standard. We were amazed at the wide selection on offer. The products on display were constantly replaced when running out. The best restaurant we have experienced in Spain for some time. The bedroom overlooked the pool from the spacious balcony. The bathroom was quite spacious & modern. One tiny criticism would be that the shower head seemed to be sited in the wrong position. We are both quite small in height & stature, but a larger person may struggle manoeuvring between the side wall & the glass screen. There's possibly a reason why the fittings could not be placed on the end wall making it more manageable. However, that said, it was a minor detail. Cleanliness was of a very high standard too Throughout the whole hotel, the beautiful fragrances were evident (even in the washrooms!) Well done Helios! We loved our short stay & will always return to this hotel in the future & will highly recommend it to anyone.

Best hotel in Benidorm
Absolutely love this hotel. Excellent location good food. Rooms very comfortable and kept spotless by the fantastic maids. Clean towels every day. Very important. A big shout out to all the staff especially Angela and Natalie on reception. Angela checked in 16 women and she was so patient with our requests. We had a problem with Beniconnect for our pick up to airport and Natalie made the call and sorted out everything for us. Thank you to the brilliant staff at the pool especially Viktor . Also Vanda Eva and I think Stephanie. I didn't get the rest of the names but they were great. Highly recommend this hotel.
Brilliant Hotel, Spa and great staff!
Stayed here with a friend for my birthday weekend. Staff made it extra special for me, always friendly, helpful and went the extra mile on this occasion. I must particularly recommend the lady who gave me a fantastic massage in the spa - will definitely have one on my next visit! Love this hotel - fantastic location- thank you for another great stay Helios 💕
