Not enough sunbeds poor service at the pool bar. I had a room without a balcony in the hot weather.Food good but that’s the only thing

Love it
We've been visiting Benidorm for 40 years. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in during that time. Excellent staff, great rooms, wonderful breakfast and a very nice foyer and bar. Love it.

Excellent stay at H10
Great location - couldn’t be any closer to the beach if you tried amazing atmosphere Staff lovely and friendly Rooms very spacious - floors weren’t the cleanest could of been brushed and mopped everyday which ours weren’t as there was sand and hair on the floor daily other than this it was immaculate Beds very big and comfortable Great value for money Exceptional food and service in the restaurant Would definitely be returning.

Superb hotel, contemporary and stylish decor, friendly staff, excellent food with a wide choice for all tastes. Very comfortable room. The first time I have ever stayed anywhere and not been disturbed by the guests above or people coming and going from their rooms with luggage. I highly recommend this hotel, and H10 in general. The amenities are fantastic and its proximity to the beach and local restaurants is very convenient. We will definitely return.

Super stay at the H10 in September
Absolutely stunning hotel with a great pool and our room was lovely with views across the bay. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, Great choice of food in the restaurant all of which was delicious. The hotel is based in the old town but not far from the strip if you’re you are looking for the nightlife. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. H10 would definitely be our first choice of hotel to book if we were visiting a different location where they had one.
