Fabulous hotel in the old town
Great location, a fabulous hotel. Stayed here twice now and already booked for next year! Friendly staff and spotlessly clean, wouldn't stay anywhere else.

10 days of no stress.
Rooms & common areas are very well appointed and very well maintained. Personnel in all areas, eg, Admin, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Kitchen, Restuarant, Bar, et al, are proficient, professional, mannerly, and of a pleasant disposition. This amounted to a very enjoyable holiday at H10 Porto Poniente.
H10 Porto Poniente amazing
Never been to Benidorm before but when we arrived at The H10 Porto Poniente we couldn't believe what a beautiful luxurious hotel it was across the road from the beach and bars and restaurants either side of us and right on the edge of the old town . We had the most amazing holiday the food was amazing and the service was exemptory everyone from reception to the restaurant to the pool bar nothing was too much trouble . The accommodation was exemplary very clean and tidy very comfortable beds and pillows and lovely walk in shower . We enjoyed it so much that we have booked for next September as soon as we got back . But we wanted two seaview rooms but they never had any left already !! but we have booked 2 city view junior suites with balconies instead, which we stayed in this year and they were exemporary. Thoroughly recommend this hotel 😀

The location is fantastic, very close to the Old Town & is directly across from the Beach. 🏖️
The rooms are beautiful, very spacious, lovely bathroom, nice and quiet and a comfy bed too.
The food is superb, great choices and the staff are all very helpful and friendly too.
The pool is lovely and the sun loungers are comfy too, with a lovely view over the sea, very calm and relaxing.
I would say this hotel is in a perfect location, as it is just a few mins walk to the old town area of Benidorm, where all the shops and restaurants are.
If you are wanting the more busy end of Benidorm where there’s more English entertainment, bars/karaoke/clubs etc then personally I’d suggest the Levante area instead of here. There are lots of restauraunts in this area too but it’s more shops and not as loud as the Levante area, I’d say. It’s lovely here though plenty of restauraunts and shops, very busy too.
Alternatively, you could stay in this beautiful hotel, which is in fantastic location and just get a taxi if you want more liveliness at night with the entertainment. They do have singers on here on some nights too.
Personally, I would say the beach here is a lot better than the Levante beach too, especially if you have any mobility issues, as it is far easier to get in/out of the beach as there are a lot less stones/pebbles whilst going in/out of the beach at this end too.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely, hopefully, be going back too as we absolutely loved it here.
