Stayed in this wonderful hotel, such a stunning hotel, spotlessly clean, staff first class, food excellent, would definitely recommend and hope to visit again in the future. Stunning views across the beach.
20 Out of 10 – A Perfect Stay with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality in a Boutique Hotel
The location and the views deserve 20 out of 10! If possible, don’t hesitate to book a Sea View room—you absolutely won’t regret it.
This is a charming boutique hotel with an exceptionally friendly and welcoming team. A special thank you goes to Markos at the reception, who was incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. He gave us fantastic recommendations on where to eat and what to see nearby, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We are truly grateful that he arranged a larger room with breathtaking views, making our stay as comfortable as possible.
The hotel’s restaurant is excellent. The avocados were especially delicious, and we loved learning that they come directly from the hotel owners’ family farm. Another wonderful person we’d like to mention is Marcelo, one of the waiters. His sense of humor and positive energy were absolutely contagious and put us in a great mood for the rest of the day.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and would happily return.
A couple of useful tips for future guests: Only licensed taxis are allowed to drive directly to the hotel because it is located in a protected area of the old town with traffic restrictions. If you arrive by Uber or a similar service, you’ll likely be dropped off about half a kilometer away and will need to walk the rest of the way.
Also, if you prefer a more spacious room, we recommend asking the reception team in advance, as some of the rooms are quite compact.
One more tip: if you stay at the hotel for four nights or more, the airport transfer to and from the hotel is complimentary. Just make sure to inform the reception at least 72 hours in advance.
Ants in the bed
This hotel fell very short of our expectations. Beautiful setting . Tv not working properly and lack of a bar area to sit are minor complaints. My main concern was the ants in the bed.I complained after night one,showing the reception photos of the ants. Room cleaned but even more ants on night 2! Reception pleasant but ineffective When I complained I was told from management that we must have food in the room.We had no food in the room. Extremely disappointing stay
A hidden Jewel
An absolute gem of a hotel in the old town. As a solo traveller I had a small, but perfectly formed room. I was a “gift room” so got small branded gifts each day which was a lovely touch. The food at Dvora was incredible, I was half board so got breakfast and evening meal, 3 course on a simplified version of the main menu (restaurant open to non residents) and cannot fault a single mouthful! Whether a guest at hotel or just dining at restaurant book ahead to get a table on the terrace with amazing views. Massive thanks to Martello and Titi for their fabulous service. The jewel in the crown was the incredible roof terrace with jacuzzi, for most of the week I stayed I was the only person using it and it was wonderful. With views across to Levante beach it was a peaceful relief from the chaos of the beach. I cannot recommend RH Canfali enough, and it certainly shows Benidorm is not just the stereotype, there are amazing hotels and experiences for all.

Amazing Hotel and Staff
We had a wonderful stay at the Gastrohotel RH Canfali in Benidorm. The location is outstanding, perched between Levante and Poniente beaches in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying spectacular sea views.
The hotel is modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. My room was comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully designed, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always happy to help and making me feel genuinely welcome.
One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered excellent quality and plenty of choice. The D-Vora restaurant also serves delicious Mediterranean-inspired dishes, and the rooftop terrace with its panoramic views is the perfect place to unwind with a drink after a day of sightseeing.
Overall, Gastrohotel RH Canfali combines an unbeatable location, outstanding service, and excellent facilities. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Benidorm and would happily stay there again.
