Teo main guy🙋♂️
Had a really great time at this hotel 🏨 since the first day. The staff is all friendly the guys that work at the bar and Teo the guy who works at the reception is a 5 star guy👍
Great aircon
Good points,,aircon was great,room was kept clean.Great location.Bad points, drinks contained more ice than fluids. The Spanish visitors were treated better than the English ones. Some of the bar staff were great but a few seemed very rude.Met a lovely couple there Ann and Graham had a lovely time in Benidorm but the hotel wasn't for me.
Such a beautiful hotel
This is such a lovely spotless hotel. The staff are amazing and fun. They work tirelessly. Rooms and bed extremely comfortable. Food for all inclusive absolutely spot on. The wine was so lovely. Its out of the bottle instead of a machine. The sunshine was on the pool most of the day. The pool was lovely and no fighting for sunbeds. All five of us really enjoyed it. If and when i come back to Benidorm again. I would definitely book GALA PLACIDIA. Thank you to all the staff and manager at this hotel. 😍
Great holiday
Really good location, no noise at night but only a 100 metre walk from the fun and shops
Hotel is really good value, you have a token for drinks , can be annoying but stops people getting hammered and plastic cups everywhere.
Food was spot on and too my taste, drinks great on the all inclusive package, ice cream and snacks during the day.
Staff really friendly and hardworking, probably on minimum wage but all I found were great.
Reception helpful.

Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations, I travelled with 2 teenagers .
I would definitely recommend this hotel , good mix of nationalities too.
