Cockroach
My worst nightmare this is apparently a 4 star hotel but last night I found a cockroach in my room.I feel absolutely devastated photo attached for proof The pool area is filthy,make sure you wear sandals B4 entering pool as the bottom of your feet will be black as I found out.Some of the staff in the restaurant are very rude and they treat Spanish guests better than English asked for premium water at dinner instead of standard and was told by female staff member in no uncertain terms I could not have it was only for there Spanish guests,you have to buy water with your meals as they don't provide a basic drink of water,we were full board so thought this would include a drink of some kind.also it's 2.50 euro in restaurant but only 2 euro at bar,total rip off

Wouldn't stop here again!
GOOD points : Location excellent for the strip. Millie the daytime entertainment lady was fabulous fun with new ideas. Plenty of sunbeds.
BAD points : No shower gel, soap or shampoo bottles. Towels only changed once in 5 days. Only one barman on at pool bar, so always queues to get a drink or snack. Lifts were ancient, so very slow. No fresh omelettes at breakfast. No timetable of activities or shows, nor for front bar area, so had no idea what was on or when. Balcony tiny. Pool warm. Sunbeds very old & uncomfortable. VIP double beds by pool (which you had to pay extra for) were unused the whole time I was there. Drinks expensive, cocktails poor choice. Not much choice of food.
