Flash hotel Benidorm

Arrived home from our 4th visit this year. Have to say this is our favourite hotel after yrs of coming to Benidorm. Location is fantastic also if you have disabilities the whole hotel has ramp areas for those who have difficulties plus lifts. Entrance to hot is beautiful especially at night with the lights. Reception has someone on hand 24hrs a day. Maxim and Carmen and their team of staff will always do the best to make your stay a happy one (thank you for making out stay memorable). Dinning room has different themed nights Mexican is our favourite best stuffed jalapeños ever 😋 not to mention a very good breakfast to start the day. Staff work hard and do a fantastic job. Rooms are a generous size and beds are comfortable with a TV some English channels so I could watch my soaps. Also small fridge handy for keeping drinks chilled or chocolate. Some have walk in showers some have baths and some have amazing views. Rooms cleaned daily. Pool area is a decent size plus bar area plenty of sun loungers to chill away the day. Last but not least the main bar absolutely loved sitting people watching and meeting new people 😀 live music twice a day fantastic atmosphere and the staff work really hard to keep your drinks flowing. Sorry can't remember everybody names but Jaun sorry we missed you. Stayed here for 4 nights as a group of ladies age 46- 76. Perfect location, walking distance to the seafront and to the strip, opposite Morgans Tavern. We stayed half board- breakfast was plentiful and lots of it. The evening meal - main dishes seemed a little mismatched - dishes not easy to piece together. Though there was a great salad bar and lots of lovely desserts. Rooms were clean and spacious - lovely big beds in our twin rooms. Also lovely hotel bar - an open terrace with live music in day and night. Would stay here again

Been coming for years to the flash,however this was the worst visit we have encountered.We asked for the same room as we normally do get it,this time in reception it was said we see what you asked for but you are not getting it so we will put into another room on the 11th floor as I am in charge and that’s what you are getting.The room door did not lock fully as it had somehow been broke through as the locking frame had a big hole behind it and not fixed to the door frame,you could actually push it away from the frame.On arrival first 2 days the room got cleaned then it never no beds made no towels and no loo brush in the room ,that’s the 3rd day no cleaning and next day the cleaning was not even good enough bits still left in most places ,bath taps were completely covered in dust the whole 7 days never got touched and even the loo never got cleaned,due to this after all the years it’s looking bad that we may never return .In the past we have good relations with previous staff but this time it was bad.On the room side of this we asked for the same room as it had a walk in shower which was helpful as the wife had just had hip surgery and struggled to get low down for the bathing aspect ,We just felt that things had gotten worse from all the years we stayed there ,so it looks like a stay elsewhere next year.Didn’t want to change hotel but this time it was not very pleasant after a 10/12 year visit.
