Back for another visit
My third visit to the Flamingo in 3 years but first one in summer. Great place, super staff, excellent food choice and the pick of three pools. Rooms are spacious and all sun traps. Brilliant roof top bar serving cocktails ( Wed to Sun). My only criticism is that the evening musical entertainment wasn't that good. Saw better singers in beach front bars during the day. That said, the Amy Winehouse tribute was impressive. Be back in January
10/10 Hotel
Flamingo Beach Resort was a lovely hotel. Reception staff were welcoming and gave a brilliant introduction to everything the resort has to offer. Bar staff were very attentive, two ladies in particular Georgi and Naomi (sorry if ive got it wrong girls) were always so friendly, remembered by order, always happy and kept the pool area clean and tidy inbetween serving! Restaurant has alot to offer, I have several issues with food and always had a full plate, alot of variety! Room is very spacious, large fridge, aircon cooled the whole room very quickly! Comfy bed and pillows! And as a typical brit I love a duvet no matter the weather so made use of the one left in the wardrobe. Pools are great, plenty sunbeds to go round. Cant find a single flaw in my experience especially as a solo traveller, will definitely be coming back. Has a lovely gym and sauna and a little reading nook with books left by previous guests which definitely came in handy! Lifts were very quick, even up on the 19th floor. Was able to stay all inclusive on the last day right up till leaving at 4pm, BONUS.
Outstanding service
First time visiting Benidorm and will definitely return to flamingo beach resort again! Purely down to the outstanding customer service from Liza the receptionist, Georgina, Tony and James. Liza was so helpful every time when I had an inquiry, especially compared to the other receptionist… always had a smile and willing to help. Jane, Tony and Georgina were great bar staff! Remembered our order considering there were countless people there and always served with a smile and a laugh. These guys were a real credit to the team here :) I never got the name of the staff and breakfast, lunch or dinner but again great service, even taking the time to remember what room we were in. Food was amazing considering me and my partner are picky eaters, out of ten nights, only one lunch time didn’t meet our liking but that was made up at dinner time.

Had an absolute fantastic time love the hotel love the food whether there was so hot but most of all Tony your little bar man was an absolute star give that man an Oscar
