29 yrs going to Benidorm this is the best hotel honestly from the bottom of my heart.
I have stayed in many hotels through-out europe and this is the best in every aspect i cannot fault it at all and in my opion after going to Benidorm for 29yrs and stayed in quite a few hotels i cannot fault the DON PANCHO AT ALLLOVE IT.

Simply the best hotel .
6th stay at the fabulous Don Pancho hotel , simply the best hotel in Benidorm. The staff are so friendly and helpful , the hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is very good . See you next year May , July and Oct .Tim from Pudsey .

Very Enjoyable Stay
We returned from this great hotel a couple of weeks ago. We stayed in a superior room on the 14th floor which was lovely. I would say the Don Pancho deserved to be a 4 star plus as they seem to think of everything to make the guests stay enjoyable. Very efficient. You can swap lunch and dinner if staying half board by just swiping your card in the dining room. You don't need to ask permission. They even had the great idea of sewing the corners of the towels to fit over the sun beds so they never fell down. Seems a small thing but genius!. The strip is behind the hotel but we were never disturbed at night.
The food was good. Entertainment great - particularly the lady who did the Amy Winehouse tribute. The staff are so good and seem to love their jobs special mention to the pool staff. If we go back to Benidorm would love to stay here again

Benidorm’s number 1 hotel
This is undoubtedly the best hotel in Benidorm. The rooms, the staff, the food, the location are all absolutely superb.
