Keep to the rules don pancho
Stayed at this hotel for many years, things are not so good, no rules for the dress code like they use to be, no shorts on for evening meal men to wear long trousers that was the rule, dont wailk about with drinks from the lounge up to the concert room, people were doing this, staff dont show you to your table no more, please please can charleine wear brighter clothes, instead of BLACK. No fresh veg for evening meal,
Lovely central hotel
Lovely hotel, not too noisy even though it’s in the centre of town. Not too far from the beach (Lavante) Nice room with a fabulous power shower. We went half board, the food was really nice, different choices every evening. The staff where really nice and helpful The ONLY 2 things we didn’t like First .. the pool wasn’t big enough for the amount of rooms, but plenty of loungers Second .. food and drink are only available at the hotel… you can’t bring your own water to the restaurant, you have to buy it from them. Same as near the pool. I was “told off” for bringing a small bottle of water to the pool/smoking area Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Stay at the Don Pancho, you’ll love it
Hotel Don Pancho is the place to stay, situated near the sea front and within reach of shops, bars and restaurants. The Hotel is spotless and luxurious with lovely friendly staff too. The food is amazing with lots of choice and everyone is catered for. Many of the patrons we spoke with are regular guests returning each year. This was our first experience there and we have already booked again for next year. Try it, you’ll love it.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in ,in Benidorm great staff the pool man is brilliant what a great job he does food good rooms good and clean do to there staff again what a lovely hotel

This is the best hotel in benidorm all staff amazing big shout out to reception staff Alberto very good pool Stefano & Carlos nocomplaints room very clean good food maids buffet staff all good
