Really enjoyed
We are a young couple and booked a last minute trip to spend 4 nights in Benidorm. We booked the bed and breakfast option and couldn’t fault it. We obviously can’t comment on the bar, or other meals in the hotel, but as far as the breakfast goes there was enough option for us and we loved it.
We had a balcony room. The room itself was clean and modern. The air con seemed to not work during the night as we always woke up so warm, but this was probably a room issue so I wouldn’t worry about that.
The area was great! We walked about 10 minutes to Poniente beach and 10 minutes to Tapas Alley (a must), then a further 10 minutes to the Levante beach promenade. Great area if you want quietness on a nighttime.
There were 3 pool options located in other hotels/buildings which we didn’t mind about at all, because we stayed round the pool that wasn’t attached to a hotel. It was literally a 20 second walk from the hotel reception and was a lovely spot for the day.
We would come back again 🙂
The staff and service here is fantastic
You simply can not fault the staff they work tirelessly hard all throughout your stay form morning till night!
Nice and quiet
Quiet hotel slightly away from beach front, close enough to enjoy the walk, far enough to have some peace to relax
Good for a short break
Good location for Old Town, close to beach. Rooms are basic with good shower, there was a kettle but nothing else to make a drink with. Broken bed side table when we arrived, wasn't replaced, cleaner just left the broken leg on top of the table. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, however hot food was not hot and there is a need for more coffee machines to.avoid queues. Didn't use pools or bar. Check in was efficient and polite staff.
Not The Best
The hotel is clean most of the staff were really nice especially on reception. The staff in the food area were not so nice I saw a couple of incidents how they spoke to people. The pool is so small you can not swim the sun loungers are old and uncomfortable need updating. Our room was had mold around the air conditioning and ceiling the posts hadn't even been plastered. It was supposed to be a superior room but was very small. If you have all inclusive you can't use that in the other 2 hotels you need to pay for your drinks the pools are a bit bigger though. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are too low. Wouldn't recommend this 3*
