The Superior Belroy Complex is located just 1 minute away from Levante beach and 5 minutes walk from Benidorm center. 125 minimalist urban-style rooms characterize this hotel known in the area due to its deep-rooted history and its gastronomic and leisure offer such as Café Belroy, Umai Japanese restaurant and the L´Abadía brewery. It has a heated salt water pool, outdoor pool with solarium and equipped gym.
On the way to this hotel, I totalled up the number of hotels I’ve visited in Benidorm. This was my 11th hotel and I’ve got to say that it is right up there with my favourites. This hotel is in a perfect location. It’s bang in the mid town within walking distance of the beach. There’s some great new bars popping up near by.
Check in was quick and easy. Staff on reception were very welcoming even though we arrived late. We had a small upgrade to a superior room which we appreciated and our missed meal was added to a lunch day of our choice.
We loved the quality of food but did find it a bit dull at times. There didn’t seem to be any themed nights and although each food choice was identified with a written label, I wasn’t always certain if it was suitable for me. I missed the clear identification of meat type and what was in it. I don’t like prawns and one day it was within what I’d chosen when I thought it was a vegetable paella. Maybe that was my poor understanding.
Breakfast was my favourite. The staff running the restaurant were so friendly. They couldn’t do enough to help us and service for drinks was very quick.
The pool area is quite small but very chilled. We managed to get beds every day and it was nice to see people not reserving them and walking away for long periods of time. There is a decked area and a sun area on another level too with Bali beds. We also found the indoor pool but didn’t need to use it this time round. We went for a nosey at the gym but you needed a key card.
Our room was cleaned every day. It was a very comfortable room. The beds were big with enough pillows and decent air con made for a good nights sleep. There was a tv with English channels too. We had to pay for the safe and after day one our tea and coffee was not topped up which was a shame. Everything felt safe and secure. You need your key card to access some toilets by the pool. It was also needed for the stairs.
We enjoyed the cafe outside the hotel. The pool bar was attached to a beer house which was good too.
I’d seriously recommend this hotel. I had no issues and the transfer picks you up right outside the door.
A great hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.
This was our 2nd time staying at the belroy hotel, from the booking to the requests i had right up to our stay was absolutely amazing, rossana made all the changes we requested for our stay, as there was 2 of us with disabilities she made sure we had everything to make our stay was great, when we checked in we met Jessica, she was friendly spoke good English and nothing was to much trouble, it was a quick check in as we had been b4, our 1st night Jessica came to our room to help with the air conditioning as we forgot how to turn it on, throughout our stay jessica was so very polite and helpful with any queries we had, the rooms are huge and nothing was to much trouble, the room was cleaned and changed each day, the cleaning staff were very respectful and left nothing undone, margarita was also very polite and was so helpful on organising a scooter to rent for myself, jake is so helpful he spoke so many languages and he took great care on giving us bus routes and helping with any queries we had, the restaurant is a lovely homely feel, there was so many things to choose from, it definitely had options for everyone, we thoroughly enjoyed the food and the catering staff was very helpful and bmvery polite as always, we have had the best time away and we are looking forward to our next stay in 2027, thank you to all the staff that made our stay that little bit extra.
Excellent hotel in a great location. It is situated on the main road but we never had any noise.
We stayed in the self catering rooms and the facilities were better than we expected.
The room was very nice with a great view of the ocean.
We had an issue with the air-con not working so I reported it to the reception. They asked me could I return to the room and they would send someone straight up. They did and he said they would sort it out and when I returned to the room an hour later it was fixed.
We will certainly return to the Belroy.
Pool area very small and cramped, I counted 50 beds packed together around a small pool. I don't know how many rooms this hotel has but with 7 floors I would presume a lot. It's a great area friendly staff food average, I wouldn't come again.
Belroy Hotel is my go to Hotel.. Check in is swift friendly, professional nothing is too much trouble.. easy jet never let the hotel know we requested an accessible room.. but it was sorted straight away. Every member of the staff team was polite & friendly. The room & balcony were spotless.. big thank you to housekeeping. Breakfast was a buffet selection with freshly made omelettes, fruits, cereal etc so something for everyone. Positioned close to beach, local bars, restaurants, the old town & the strip etc Cafe de Paris is attached & perfect for an evening drink and people watching. Thank you Belroy we shall be back this year.
