Location was excellent and close to were we all wanted to be. Beech and English strip. Staff were excellent Hotel was very pleasant, clean and tidy Wide range of food available at breakfast

Still our favourite hotel in Benidorm. Staff always great, rooms clean, balcony view fab. Great location

In terms of location it was very central, close to the beach, strip and the oldtown. All within a 10 minute walk. A good friendly atmosphere, the recption staff were very helpful, as well as the cleaning staff. The rooms were big, modern and very clean. Excellent sea view. The noise was minimal so suited us and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was good as well. However the big let down was the standrad of food. I was shocked how bad it was. Meat was just pure bone, and the Moussaka was pure slop. Evening meals consisted of just chips and an ice cream. So we switched to lunch, that was a bit better, until I found a "foreign object" in my salad. Breakfast wasn't much better. We gave up eating there for the last 3 days, even though we had half board. Of all the hotels I have stayed in Europe, I have had to say the food here was the worse I ever experienced. And I'm not a fussy eater. Shame as it lets the hotel down. If you have booked, hotel wise its great - but eat out!
