Beautiful hotel in a great spot.
Just back from this beautiful hotel. Absolutely no complaints. The rooms are spotless, massive shower area and balcony. The restaurant was lovely with a varied choice of good food. The staff are amazing, friendly & helpful. Special shoutout to Juan, Luis and Dionna who were fun and worked very hard to keep us in cocktails etc.
Never returned our change of €23. Bad service
nice location& music however the service was not great. Our food took over 1 hour & we had to reorder twice as it was missed. We gave money to pay for drinks and they never brought back the change (€23). When I highlighted this to staff she never came back with the money- whilst walking past she told us we had to go to the other bar with no explanation or apology. We ended up leaving without our money being returned. Great venue & music but very unfortunate about the service. For this I won’t return.
Hotel rip off
Where do I start came here with 2 friends 1 had solo room I shared with my friend upon arrival waited 4 hours for room don't know why as room was filthy full of dust mold stains on bed and chair room was not acceptable for 2 people had emailed hotel constantly for 6 months asking for 2 single beds in room. Room we got was tiny box room small double ved no single beds shower full of mold thick dust while our rriend got bigger room with more space we complained to holiday firm and reception got moved tp another identical room and they threw a camp bed in the room now can't move definitely not to health and safety standards for price it is should be a 3 star hotel
Fantastic
We stayed in an Urban City View room for 4 nights. We knew it would have no balcony and that it was small, as the website explains and shows this. The room was perfect for 4 nights. Not too small, however for a longer stay I would want more space. However, for the price this is a bargain. The room for 4 nights at this beautiful beachfront hotel cost less than at other bog-standard 'British' hotels. We never spend time sitting on a balcony so why pay extra for one?! The pool area was beautiful and there was no problem getting sunbeds throughout the day. The pool bar area was lovely and they sold decent wine!
Mixed review, which is a shame
The Location of this Hotel is superb, the room was a little small as only had city view ( no where to dry clothing), very clean areas. The only two issues were the Pool towel man is a jobs worth, he explained that if we are leaving the bed to go to the beach take your towel ( fair enough), but one morning we put our Towels on the bed and went to got o Breakfast ( in the Hotel) to be told move them or i will in 10 mins. REALLY i don't think so when others have reserved beds withs hats, and towels and not come back for at lest Two hours, A LITTLE DOUBLE STANDARD IF YOU ASK ME. Then there is the Jacuzzi, myself and my friend both wore our Bracelets into this ( which we have worn previously into the Pool), and it stripped all metal from this, the Hotel will not take responsibility for this as they are trying to say the same chemical is used in both places, maybe it is but it was a total different strength as our bodies stunk of Chlorine, as it was far too strong. So please be warned DO NOT WEAR ANY JEWELLERY INTO THE POOL OR JACUZZI, or you will be out of pocket 😡😡😡😡 Shout out to Susan who was trying to help with the Situation ( nice Lady)
