Stayed here for four nights. Basic room but modern bathroom with a great power shower. Booked with On The Beach and they only offer a room with a window. I emailed the hotel and requested a balcony which was €12 a night extra. Well worth it even though it was very narrow. Cleaned every day. Small fridge to store drinks. Only one plug to charge everything. English channels on a large television. The rooftop pool is fabulous with stunning views. Only a limited amount of sunbeds and four or five tables to sit at. We went room only but there was a small restaurant which a lot of Spanish seemed to use. My only negative was the walls between rooms, they were paper thin! We could hear everything, even down to someone’s phone receiving a text. I would recommend taking ear plugs to sleep at night. A big positive for me was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The little off licence a couple of doors up was cheap and handy and you’re literally two minutes from Tapas Alley and the viewing plateau.

Great hotel, excellent location for old town or new town. Right next to tapps alley and a beautiful 15 min walk to the strip along the beach. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. You can secure a safe for a refundable deposit as you can with pool towels. Room was lovely and clean. Would definitely come again

We stayed here as a group in October. The pros - great location for the old town and beach etc. Right on the corner of tapas alley. The staff team are lovely. Really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The hotel reception area is nice. We had a room with a sea view balcony. Great views of Benidorm. Especially at night. Roof top pool was lovely. Great views. Struggled to get beverages as the bar wasn’t staffed.

The cons - the rooms were so basic. The interior was dated and the rooms do not look like the rooms advertised online. The mattress was too firm. The shower wasn’t great and it was difficult to get the right temperature. The breakfast was so disappointing. The hot food was cold the 2 days we tried it. We ate out after this. The fruit juice was too sweet and even the coffee was awful. The main issues in the room were that there was only 1 plug! How can any hotel think that this is sufficient? Luckily we had a charging pack so we were able to charge our devices over night. The other is that you can hire the room safe for a refundable deposit and then you are given this massive key! Again, who in this day and age wants to carry a huge key around with them? Surely, it can’t be too expensive to replace these with digital safes?

We wouldn’t return to this hotel in its current state however it is a decent budget hotel and again the staff team are lovely and the location is great.
