Just got back from a 3 night stay Was travelling solo so wanted to make sure a was going to be safe. Check in on arrival was quick was on the 7th floor overlooking Tommy's bar which does bingo and 2 for 1 drinks Room was very clean but a bit dated but that was no problem Had a TV with a few English channels as this hotel Caters more for the Spanish which is not a problem at all Rooms have baths and showers and the showers were the best IV ever used in any hotel. Beds are comfy with Maid service everyday. Got told you had to hire a fridge but was already one in my room when I arrived Aircon was a must due to the extreme heat over but they were also radiators Only cost me a extra €20 to up grade from B&B to full board Breakfast lunch and dinner were standard but catered for Spanish etc which again I don't mind your in Spain. Bottles of water €1 bottle of wine started from €4 Pool area is big and clean with more than enough sunbeds tables and chairs Only downside was the lifts only 2 which room forever especially round meal times so I must of lost a few 1lbs going up and down. They is also a big bar area with lots of seating I am fussy and I would go again they say you get what you pay for and this 2 me was a bargain They is also a slight incline if you have disability issues They are also safes to hire and hairdryers in bathroom
Stopped here for 2 nights as a solo traveller. Check in was quick, I was given some choice about what floor/bed I wanted (they must have had availability because I’d only paid for a single bed). Room was dated, but it was clean and comfortable. No English tv channels as I like to watch a bit before bed sometimes! Lift was slow. Felt a little out of place as this hotel was full of Spanish and they were trying to talk to me and I felt a bit rude! But I wanted a hotel in walking distance of the bars/strip which was in budget so this was ideal for me. Would stop here again if I was looking for a similar holiday.
Fantastic stay bteween 30/09/2024 and 07/10/2024. Great staff and good food. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Would stay agin. Only downside was evening meal was at 8pm which is too late for us, but the Spanish eat later. In a good location as well.
Basic hotel but not basic price for one night stay staff good reception and in the dining room , breakfast ok nothing special to be honest, bedroom very clean buy sadly no iron a little prehistoric for an hotel in this day and age when in most hotels in Benidorm its standard, especially for an expensive one night stay .. late checkout was the one bonus, car park in front of the hotel was an extra charge 8 euros a day bad practice on their behalf .. wasn't for us ....
Just returned from a 3 week stay in this very Spanish Hotel. Could not have asked for a better holiday. Every thing was faultless. The staff are great the food was good. The rooms are adequate and well heated. No English TV unfortunately. The cost was cheaper than some of the other popular hotels in Benidorm.
