Great Holiday
Really enjoyed my stay, was there for three weeks from the 4th ofJuly, staff are friendly and very courteous, will do as much as possible to help you. Food was excellent, plenty of variation. Rooms were nice, cleaning staff on the ball, Value for money, with a great atmosphere, Myself personally found the reception staff exceptional especially Hamza and Marisi, wouldnt hesitate to return there.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service refunded us the “complimentary tea and coffee” at reception when in your room it explicitly says it’s free but they refused. I would abide at all costs

Had an Absolutely wonderful time, amazing staff..so friendly, attentive yet very professional.. I loved every minute Of my stay.. thank you for making my birthday one to remember xx

Great hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Nice food and great location.
I wouldn’t bother if your not Spanish
Location excellent couldn’t ask for better. Bar staff attentive. Restaurant staff and reception will ignore you if you’re not Spanish. This hotel is only for Spanish people, everything is geared up for the Spanish food, Spanish entertainment and if you have children be aware the entertainer will only speak Spanish I would advise to choose a different hotel. Please also be advised there are leaks everywhere, the lifts the rooms every the reception. The pool was above average for the area. Jet 2 have downgraded this for a reason but the price is still 4 star
