Great hotel in an excellent location.
An excellent well maintained hotel in an great location, Staff were professional and courteous in all areas of the hotels daily operation, a buffet style restaurant offering multiple and plentifully quality food choices . Room was comfortable and clean with daily maid service
Lovely stay, lovely staff and great location
Lovely stay from start to finish. Upon arrival at 2am we were quickly booked in and told to go get some sleep and we can sort the safe in the morning. Breakfast had a great selection. Only ate once for evening meal and found mostly catered for the Spanish guests (not bland UK food) so not going to complain as we were in Spain after all. Room was clean and a good size, we were in room 108. I had requested to be on a lower floor a few days before so did t think it would be possible but they delivered. No noise from pool, all guests were respectful. Staff were great, from the reception, cleaners, bar and restaurant. There was no guests reserving beds all day which was great. If we decided to go down there were always bed available. Pool was lovely and clean. The location is amazing too. So close to beach, old town and bars. No rowdy guests. Overall great stay and hope to come back soon.
Cut foot in pool missing tiles . Raw meat served rude manager
Missing tiles in the pool as you walk in . My child cut there foot twice and a member of staff was very helpful in cleaning it up and reporting but not fixed and hotel hold dont seem to care this hasnt been fixed . Stayed here the year before in the july and was served raw meat actually thought would be ok this time as stayed at clima 2 sleep apartments and can use the hotels pool and entertainment as wpuldnt trust the foof there then this so canceled our 2 week stay for this july . Manager is very rude and doesnt care at all . No doubt tiles will still be missing in steps you walk into the pool . White parts on photos are where tiles are missing
Dream vacation
My friend and I have just returned home after the most fabulous stay at Benidorm Plaza Hotel, what a great friendly and immaculate hotel brilliant friendly staff, ive holidayed in Benidorm for past 40 yrs but never stayed in old town, but now I wouldn't stay any where else, the food in the hotel was fabulous every single meal we enjoyed we also enjoyed,all the fabulous Spanish people who were staying there, loved the entertainment and also the gentleman who done activities he was excellent, can't wait to go back love love loved it. The food in the restaurant was very average, breakfast was good.You have to pay for a small bottle of water at dinner 2 euros 20 cents. The pool bar which also serves as a bar in the evening has only one draught beer (amstel...3euros 80cents) others in bottles, have to say the barstaff were very good. entertainment poor..all spanish!.The pool was great but every rule was broken( even though rules were on display) people diving,jumping,...soaking people on sunbeds,throwing balls...hitting people with balls ....some people smoking( there was a no smoking policy), ...drunks swearing ..the problem was there was no supervision at all!.There was no water stations or free water available. Room was fine to be honest and clean bed change every day. Probably wont go back here again
