This beautiful beach hotel was designed exclusively for the relaxation and enjoyment of its guests. It enjoys a marvellous location on a hillside in the Rincon de Loix district, a quiet residential area of Benidorm. The hotel is surrounded by tropical gardens and is only 700 m from Levante beach. Public transportation links are at the hotel's doorstep and there is a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs are to be found a mere 500 m away. This is a great place for a relaxing, sunny holiday.

A great hotel for a good price
We were worried about coming to this hotel after reading some of the bad reviews but we had a great time staying here. Our room was a little tired with some peeling paint on the bathroom door frame but it was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfy, the shower was amazing and the air con was really good in the 30 degree heat. Staff were helpful and brought us extra pillows at 2am when we arrived on the first night. The breakfast was great with everything you could want and we had no problems with the lifts either. We used them every day as we stayed on the 4th floor and apart from waiting a few minutes there is nothing else to say about them. Pool was good - could be busy at times but we expected that staying in the summer holidays - and it was a lovely temperature. You had to queue from 9.30 to get a sunbed when the gates opened at 10 in peak summer season but I’ve been to a lot worse hotels where you had to be up a lot earlier to secure a sunbed. The snack bar by the pool did tasty food and great slushies and mojitos. We had no problems with noise at night - didn’t see any stag or hen parties. The hotel is on a steep hill but there’s an air conditioned shuttle bus to take you down to the beach free of charge and back again. We walked down the hill each evening and then got a taxi back to the hotel for about 6 euros. The taxis are easy to get all through the night. Please ignore the negative reviews about this hotel - some people always have to moan and people rarely post the positives. I can be quite fussy about where we stay but not unreasonable and we all had a great time. Thoroughly recommend this hotel - you’ll have a great time.

Fabulous holiday
We have just returned from a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn't be happier with our experience. It was excellent value for money, and we stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast was lovely each morning, with plenty of choice and everything fresh and well presented. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean throughout, and our room was comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean. Housekeeping did a wonderful job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. The location wasn’t as bad as what we thought and we used the free bus service a few times the hotel puts on for you. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and great value place too. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in fact we have booked again for next year and bring 8 family and friends with us. Keep up the good work and see you all again next year😊

Hotel is okay food not bad but the service when i made a complaint was not good i paid £10 for natchos witch came out with a tiny pot of squirted cheese i asked for some cheese to put on them as they where dry they basically said no i mean i would have even paid the extra i felt embarssed so i just walked away and left the food..
Dont eat at the bar the foods not worth the money and you will be dissapointed

Great hotel
Here at the moment having a great time. The shuttle bus is great to beach and the driver is very friendly. Rooms are clean and all the staff have been lovely. The gift shop is great. Only thing is the bar is very expensive but we just got bus down the hill and found much cheaper places. Definitely coming back at Christmas

Don't listen to the negativity its a fantastic hotel
I have left reviews for 20 years and recently the absolute appalling negativity towards some hotels, I really believe its ruining a lot of business by nitpickers.
I read reviews on this hotel before going and wondered how the manager was replying the way he was, after coming to this hotel and having a fantastic week I can now understand how the manager feels people running his hotel into the ground.
We arrived after 12am, receptionist was lovely check in was a breeze. Got to our room on the 2nd floor. 2 big wardrobes, twin beds, tv and a spotless bathroom. Big balcony with table & chairs.
The next morning there was a small queue for sun beds the gates opens at 10am, very little umbrellas they're could be more. But getting a bed at any time was not an issue as people were coming and going. Pool bar was perfect had everything you need and there's a little onsite shop.
Two negatives about the pool area, we saw two different lifeguards one was on the ball he stopped all the jumping and foolery that cause accidents. The other one did not which caused a bigger workload the following day on the second lifeguard. The apartment block from behind the hotel was able to use the pool and sun beds even though they have a pool so hotel clients paying the premium of the hotel were sometimes left with out a sunbed.
Cleaner was fantastic I didn't catch her name but every morning she stopped to talk to us asked us where we were from, changed towels bins etc.
We had breakfast one morning had everything you would want hot breakfast, breads, pastries, cereal, yogurt, meats cheese coffee tea, no complaints.
Sometimes the hallway was noisy as they are very narrow but just people going to bed.
It is up a hill there's a free bus that parks across the road it goes up and back from 10 til 8.30 (it doesn't run for a period in the afternoon) and a taxi back up the hill was less than 5 euro.
Honestly is a brilliant hotel and I would stay here again even with the hill.
