This beautiful beach hotel was designed exclusively for the relaxation and enjoyment of its guests. It enjoys a marvellous location on a hillside in the Rincon de Loix district, a quiet residential area of Benidorm. The hotel is surrounded by tropical gardens and is only 700 m from Levante beach. Public transportation links are at the hotel's doorstep and there is a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs are to be found a mere 500 m away. This is a great place for a relaxing, sunny holiday.

Me and my friend was here for 4 nights over the bank holiday weekend and we would definitely not return or recommend! Staff are unwelcoming and rude! Hotel is clean but the sun loungers are so old and broken they are very uncomfortable and caused us severe back ache there is most definitely not enough sun loungers for all guests we had to lay on the floor two days and to get a bed had to que 1 hour before pool opened!! Not kettle in room very disappointing! 3 lifts that took forever to get as 10 floors and 3 lifts ridiculous! As for evening buffet it was absolutely horrendous the smell taste and variety were diabolical it’s was actually inedible we paid for breakfast and dinner but could never eat the dinner!! Not even water was available in evening meal unless paid for!! Breakfast was also very disappointing not as bad as dinner but still very poor quality and choice! Sorry but I really would not waste your money here!!

Don't expect to sleep well with the noise levels!
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights over the Bank Holiday weekend. On arrival the initial hotel reception area and staff member was welcoming. We were allocated a room on the first floor which was ok (bathroom was very tired looking) but a very disappointing balcony facing a flat roof area over the reception where there were towels, clothing, cigarette buts, ash and food thrown from floors above and no view. On an evening and through the night the noise levels were ridiculous, we were woken so many times by screaming and shouting and loud music. We will definitely not be returning.
Great stay in Benidorm
Just stayed over the bank holiday weekend had a fab stay Hotel was lovly it is up a big hill but we knew this before as it states it very very clearly in description Hotel lovly and clean pool area lovly watched them clean it every morning The sunbeds are an issue if your not up they go that fast you won't get 1 Room was lovly and clean maid came round every day you need to put a sign on door if you dont want them easy All staff very nice check in really quick 3 lifts all working never waited for 1 We didn't have food so cant comment but the food and service round the pool was lovly and quick We used the shuttle bus and also taxi which was cheap I would definitely stay here again and felt I needed to do a honest review as some of them are so bad honestly dont know where they get it from We were on a 60th birthday and there was 8 of us I only gave it 4 starts as for the sunbed situation but got to say it was really busy
Uncomfortable
Was told this place is right by the beach when it was a 15 minute walk away, the pool is smaller than the pictures show and they only let you use the indoor pool if you wear a swim cap. The bathroom is dark and the rooms are very small, and the lock on the room doors dont work, you are provided with signs to put outside your door to let cleaning staff know you dont want your room cleaning or to be disturbed, even though we left a sign out the cleaners would walk into the room while me and my partner slept or were relaxing and clean even though we asked them to leave as we are sleeping and want to be left alone but they ignored our wishes and would walk in on us whenever they were around. This made us very uncomfortable. In the evening at 11pm me and my partner wanted to play pool in the entertainment room but the staff would state at us and turn the lights off letting us know they didn't want us there. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in and spent over £1000 to stay here. I dont recommend anyone stays here.
Lovely stay
Stayed here for 4 nights over bank holiday weekend Aug 2026. We had 3 rooms between 3 couples, two on the third floor one on the ninth. All were clean and in working order. Hairdryer in room (not super powerful but the type you’d expect on the wall) All the staff I spoke to were friendly. TV had english channels. Check in was 5 minutes. Shuttle bus every 20 mins up and down the hill if you need it. Music by the pool. Breakfast buffet had so many juices, coffees, cava, salmon, cheeses, olives, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, boiled eggs different sausages, bacon, croissants, breads, fruits, etc. All 3 lifts were in order when i went - fit 4 adults in each. Max wait was about 3 minutes. Room air con was decent. Make sure your Do Not Disturb is on the door if you don’t want the cleaning team coming in without knocking first!
