This beautiful beach hotel was designed exclusively for the relaxation and enjoyment of its guests. It enjoys a marvellous location on a hillside in the Rincon de Loix district, a quiet residential area of Benidorm. The hotel is surrounded by tropical gardens and is only 700 m from Levante beach. Public transportation links are at the hotel's doorstep and there is a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs are to be found a mere 500 m away. This is a great place for a relaxing, sunny holiday.

Me and my friend was here for 4 nights over the bank holiday weekend and we would definitely not return or recommend! Staff are unwelcoming and rude! Hotel is clean but the sun loungers are so old and broken they are very uncomfortable and caused us severe back ache there is most definitely not enough sun loungers for all guests we had to lay on the floor two days and to get a bed had to que 1 hour before pool opened!! Not kettle in room very disappointing! 3 lifts that took forever to get as 10 floors and 3 lifts ridiculous! As for evening buffet it was absolutely horrendous the smell taste and variety were diabolical it’s was actually inedible we paid for breakfast and dinner but could never eat the dinner!! Not even water was available in evening meal unless paid for!! Breakfast was also very disappointing not as bad as dinner but still very poor quality and choice! Sorry but I really would not waste your money here!!

Noisy 3 star hotel
Really wouldn’t say this is a 4 star hotel, more 3. Reception area is lovely and clean, and can’t fault the staff at all. However everything else was a 3 star standard, the breakfast wasn’t the best and be prepared for sunbed wars! People queuing for the gates to open at 10am and then people running to get them. We found the hotel in general really noisy, we got woken up at 4am every day by people in the rooms next door, as well as them having dogs in their room which would bark all night. Location isn’t bad but just at the top of ‘death hill’ so quite steep to walk up.

Adequate
As we were staying in Benidorm for an event at the Benidorm Palace we didn't really use any of the amenities. The room was basic but clean, and adequate.The main problem was the hill normally wouldn't be a problem to me but after two days dancing and walking miles that last push up the hill was too much. If you have mobility issues I would avoid this place.
If you want peace and quiet - stay away!
Unfortunately there is not much positive to say about this hotel. The rooms are run down. The food is mediocre. The staff not very helpful nor friendly. Stayed with friends, and honestly the only one that got any sleep during our stay was the one sleeping without his heading aid. Would never return, nor recommend.

Good Break
Visited on the 6 September for 4 nights bed and breakfast. I was mindful of the previous reviews. The hotel is nice, breakfast was very busy and waiting for lifts was a bit hard at times and only aloud 2 people 3 mqx in at a time. Food was not great but always found something to eat but only used twice as found cheap to eat out. The hotel was too far out but there is a bus from the hotel to the beach and can return on that but stops for 3 hours on an afternoon and doesn't run after 8pm.Taxi was 5 min drive and cost around 5.00 euros on a night from the strip back to the hotel .Found hotel very expensive for drinks a spirit and mixer was just over 10.50 euros but people paid it as you would. The pool was nice and was looked after, the rooms was ok and cleaned everyday, did notice though the other side of the hotel was very noisy and had alot of younger people wanting to party all day and night but we was too far to hear them properly thank god. It was an average but clean hotel and yes if the price was right i would return for a few days only.
