Should be 1 star not 4 star
Room 711 which is a premium room apparently , is a complete abomination! The shower leaked so much that we were up to our ankles in water in the sleeping area! The walls had black mold on them and all around the shower and bath seals! Very dangerous. They moved us to room 704 the day after and we had to be very firm with them about moving. Not much better really. Still black stuff around shower seals etc. Then the router went down apparently so no tv, no phone, no air con and it was 28° outside and in. Eventually the maintenance man came and sorted the router but it just kept intermittently dropping out! Next the food was ABYSMAL very reminiscent of 1970s school dinners!! Always cold with absolutely no choice whatsoever and literally the only veg was the tinned mix veg you can buy at Aldi. Lifts very slow. Staff VERY miserable we never saw one of them smile or be polite! The rooms are supposed to have been inspected by housekeeping before we could use them so obviously they are most definitely NOT doing their job right! As we were waiting for the lift the day after we moved out of 711 2 spanish people walked out of room 711 complaining about the flooded floors etc so obviously the room had been let out again with NO repairs whatsoever! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS !!

Annual Trip
We’re on our last day of our stay at this hotel. It is ideally situated for us between the old town and the new town. There was lots of choice for breakfast which was very satisfying. The staff were friendly and efficient and Noelia kept our room spotless. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Decent Hotel
Nice hotel in a convenient location. Public areas are well kept and staff are great. Rooms let it down a bit, we had booked a superior room and had one overlooking the pool, these rooms have a tiny balcony which was a bit disappointing, the room lack amenities you would expect in a 4 star hotel, no glasses, just one small plastic cup, shower gel is in sachets which are difficult to open, there was a sofa in our room but it smelled like a charity shop but other than that the room was kept clean, towels were changed every day, air conditioning and shower pressure were excellent.

Amazing in every way
Wow. First time here and certainly not the last. Place was soo clean and the staff where amazing. Special thanx to romina and the 2 guys on reception named Francesco and the crazy lady. 🤣🤣🤣 what was a gr8 holiday was made even better by the friendly and helpful staff. Top marks to you all 👏👏👏

Girls 5 day break
This hotel is in a great location, less than 5 minutes from the beach and a short walk to the old town. Rooms are spacious with good sized balconies. Plenty of wardrobe space. Pool area is not as big as some other hotels but there were always beds available. There'salso an upstairs balcony with plenty of beds. We booked B&B. Breakfast had plenty of options and was really good. We had some snacks from the pool bar a few days which were freshly made and well presented. Saving the best to last - Staff were brilliant, friendly and a credit to the hotel. Would definitely return.
