Never ceases to disappoint.
This is our 2nd visit to this hotel within the past 10 months, we thought the hotel was brilliant the 1st time, this visit was exceptional. The staff are nothing short of amazing, the rooms are both clean and spacious, there was plenty of sunloungers to go round. We went bed and breakfast, we did eat at the hotel a few times for lunch and the food was of a really high standard. A special mention to Cristina, this lady does nothing but work but always with a smile on her face and always with a pleasant smile and conversation. A member of our group was 70 on one of the days we were there and he was gifted with a nice bottle of bubbly, which was a lovley touch. The location of the hotel is absolutely ideal, a few minutes walk from both the beach and the busy nightlife. Overall the hotel is excellent with amazing staff who can't do enough for you. We can not wait to come back in the near future.

Fantastic hotel. Location central between old and new town. Staff lovely. In particular, in the bar Yolanda Juanmi and Ali. Such good fun and upbeat. Great service. Also shout out to manuel on reception. Thank you HBC
