The area is very noisy.
Although the location Is handy, the area is extremely noisy both day and night, the old town in general is noisy. The hotel is extremely basic and old fashioned, the air con in the rooms is very noisy. The breakfast offering is just ok, the hot drinks from the machines are absolutely terrible. The staff in general are ok , I wouldn’t want to stay at the Avenida again.

Great staff food location 5 stars all the way. Rooms clean and comfortable changed daily. Bar staff very accommodating Christian was the best.

Perfect holiday every time
I have read some of the reviews and do not agree with the negative comments I have read I don’t leave reviews normally but thought I must say something.stayed at the Avenida a number of times and can only praise all staff bar restaurants reception staff. If you can’t find something that you like in the restaurant you must be so fussy you should stay a home. We are going for Christmas this year first time ever from home but we know it will be fantastic

Hotel avenida old town benidorm
Hotel probably best location for old town but hotel is no where near a 4 star hotel noisy aircon no patio doors lock and the food is below average evening meals where a complete disapointment nothing matched where you would have sprouts with a mild curry 25/9 -2/10
