Our stay at Asia Gardens was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had been transported to Asia. The beautiful room, the breathtaking tropical gardens, the lush flora and fauna, and the stunning swimming pools created a truly relaxing and luxurious atmosphere.
What made our stay even more special was the friendly and attentive staff and the clean room.
The greatest compliment we can give is that we definitely want to come back. It felt like experiencing the very best of Asia, but only a two-hour flight from home, a truly unique getaway.
The only small downside is that you're somewhat dependent on the hotel's restaurants, as there aren't many appealing dining options in the immediate area. Fortunately, the quality of the food at the resort is fine, so this didn't take away from our overall experience.
Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We can't wait to return!
We visited this establishment for the second time after eight years, the gardens are always superb, the pools are magnificent but the place is not as clean as it used to be. Dirty lifts, old carpets, poor coffee machine, poor organisation between room service and cleaning, way to expensive prices for restaurants, poor organisation for breakfast….the place needs a refit but mainly a management change as the staff is always nice and kind.
We have been to this hotel many times and it never disappoints. We stayed for 3 nights in a suite and it was as good as ever. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool for suite guests is great, peaceful and pretty private so that was something we really enjoyed. The breakfast was excellent with a fantastic selection and the food was as good as it has always been. One thing I noticed was the prices were very reasonable compared to similar places I’ve recently stayed at in Europe so that was great. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxury stay in real comfort with excellent food.
The hotel is five star, Grounds pool and rooms all good We were there at the wrong time of year Spanish families filled to the brim But adult only restaurants had high chairs for the children 🙄 Adult only bar full of screaming kids when it got late My wife loved the quality of greenery and varied trees But we cabbed it down to Benidorm every time Go back No
As a family, we were disappointed with our experience, particularly with the bar staff. We felt that every request we made seemed like a hassle, and they were not very accommodating or welcoming.
There also appeared to be a language barrier, which resulted in several incorrect drink and food orders throughout our stay. While we appreciate that we were in Spain, we have visited many times before and have never experienced this level of difficulty communicating.
To make matters worse, we found expensive items charged to our room that we had not purchased, which was frustrating and took time to resolve.
Overall, we didn’t feel particularly welcome during this stay, which was disappointing as we’ve always enjoyed visiting Spain in the past. With friendlier customer service and better attention to detail, our experience could have been much more enjoyable.
