Decent hotel, Bad Food
Hotel was very clean. Our room was nice but quite small, we had to store one of our suitcases on the balcony. The pool area was well kept and quiet, it would have been nice to have some music playing or something. The food was terrible, there was a poor selection and it was either undercooked or overcooked. We had a good time but definitely felt like a rip off paying for full board when the food was so bad.
Great holiday
Great hotel right in the middle of everything, staff lovely, pool area great food is lovely it must be as my hubby is very picky and he liked the food, the bar in the hotel is brilliant I really can’t fault anything, if I had to be picky we was on the first floor in room 2114 and the view was rubbish but that’s just a minor thing, bingo each afternoon inside, we just loved it here it’s spotless the rooms are lovely with all the English channels on the tv deffo going there again, entertainment is great there’s entertainment in the evening round the pool area and also inside in the bar area you won’t be disappointed if you book this hotel one of the best we’ve stayed in
Very disappointing
Very disappointed in the lack of vegetarian options during all meal services. While staying in a 4 star hotel we did not expect to live off of potato’s and plain rice for a week. 90% of the hot dishes contained some sort of meat. Even a “bean stew” advertised as vegetarian was not. Would have loved to stay here again if it weren’t for the food choice.
Fabulous hotel
4th trip in 8 months says it all. Spotlessly clean, great room cleaning. Friendly staff throughout. Brilliant bar prices, decent food and location location location! Plenty of sun beds, clean pool areas, 10 mins walk to Levante Beach, 25 mins level walk to the Old Town. See you in September, Gail Cary

top hotel great staff food and rooms
we stayed at Ambassador Playa 2 last days in june into july, were do i start, what a fantastic hotel looks good and is good from moment you arrive to moment you go checkin very quick and pleasant staff, location is good right at start of strip but rooms arent noisy , we had a pool view on 7th floor great for nosing and you could watch entertainment from balcony if you wanted to, the rooms were great and were cleaned every day good size plenty of coat hangers and tea making facilities shower was powerful and a large tv showing quiet few english programs, plenty of sunbeds for size of hotel and 2 good pools, in evening sunbeds removed and all sorts of acts on, on your room card it shows a few local bars right by hotel and if you show key in them you get think it was 25% discount on your drinks, the food was so varied and good, we normally eat out a few times but we ate in every day it was so good, to finish of it was the best hotel we have stayed in for a long time loved everything about it and would recommend and stay there again
