This beautiful hotel is located in Benidorm's tourist centre, only 2 km from the town centre, which is filled with boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. There are public transportation links in front of the hotel and there is an excellent golf course just 12 km away. This hotel is ideal for a fun-filled, family holiday under the warm Mediterranean sun. However, hen and stag parties are not allowed at the hotel.

Went down hill
The rooms were lovely and well maintained, but unfortunately the rest of our experience was disappointing. There were never enough loungers around the pool, making it difficult to relax during the day. The biggest let-down was the food. It has really gone downhill since our last visit. I'm not sure if there's a new chef this year, but the quality was very poor compared with previous years. I couldn't believe how much it had changed in just one year. It's such a shame because we've been coming here for the past eight years, but based on this experience, we'll be looking for somewhere else next year.
Another fantastic holiday at The Ambassador!
This was my 8th visit to the Ambassador and my first solo trip. Another brilliant holiday! Osmara & Carlos have to be the nicest people I’ve ever met in the hospitality industry. Nothing is ever too much for them. I’m a very fussy eater and always manage to find something tasty to eat. I had never travelled solo before and wouldn’t have done it if I hadn’t known I’d be in good hands here. Looking forward to our next visit. 😊

Having stayed at many hotels in benidorm i have to say this is far the best... food is totally amazing.. I am a fussy eater and never once didnt find many things to eat... so much choice and always piping hot which is very rare in a buffet so many gorgeous selections of desserts apple pie custard rice pudding apple crumbles bread butter pudding trifle oh my word.. compliments to chefs there. Rooms comfortable good English channels shower big great air conditioning staff great beer and other drinks very reasonably priced. Great entertainment in explorer bar. Will definitely be back soon thanks ambassador dont change your chefs please 🙏

Good for a few nights
Nice hotel in a very busy location - food good choice every night ..only issue was the sardine sunbeds

the staff on reception were very friendly nothing was too much trouble the room was very clean the cleaner was called sylvia did a great job the food was really good really enjoyed our stay there
