A 5-Star Experience
We had a wonderful stay. Had booked the Cliff Bay hotel but were upgraded to the Master Suite at Les Suites which was a 2 bedroom plus living floor of that building. The room was incredible. I do think we missed out on some of the amenities of the larger hotel because we neglected to take the walk over there. That said, the infinity pool and hot tub and cliff view were incredible at Les Suites. And the breakfast was fabulous. Do not miss that! All members of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and attentive. Parking was super easy, available and convenient at Les Suites as well. A 5-star experience.

A very special experience
We have stayed at The Cliff Bay for many years, and always loved it. We upgraded to Les Suites two visits ago. Our Duplex Suite was exclusive, spacious, immaculate and with wonderful views from our balconies. Our 'Suite Breakfast' in Avista was a step up from the other offerings. The special treatment we enjoyed with complimentary drinks and fruit, free room service and even housekeeping visits in a pre-arranged time slot, was impressive.

Cliff Bay and suites
10 night holiday in this fabulous hotel late September , food is fantastic and looked after by the amazing staff, peaceful and very clean, 10 nights in the Suites definitely recommend.

Excellent service, rooms, pool, breakfast, bar. Sister hotel is good but not outstanding. Sea access is brilliant for early swims. Hot food at breakfast needs improvement (cold poached eggs, overcooked omelette, under cooked waffles) but everything else was excellent. Staff at breakfast were PERFECT balance of friendly and professional. Views are stunning. Staff at infinity pool were faultless. Pool itself was lovely. Good at Avista restaurant was pretty good. Rooms are very high standard.
