I have fiund one of my favourite spots
When we have visited Madeira we always liked to come back to Les Suites. It is a cozy, aesthetic place with a welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Excellent location, delicious food and a harmonious place for a siesta and relaxation. It's one of my two favorite places in Madeira

First class hotel in every way
We had a wonderfully comfortable ten nights in this beautiful hotel, steeped in luxury in a room with stunning views across the ocean. We had a duplex suite which had plenty of space and a bathroom on each floor. All the soft drinks in the mini bar were complimentary and the private lift very useful for transporting heavy cases! It’s blissfully quiet and the staff are all delightful. The highlight of every day was being welcomed at breakfast by the lovely Marlene and her team who are all gracious and helpful. Lovely bar at The Cliff Bay too.

Another Perfect Stay at Les Suites at The Cliff Bay
As always, our stay at Les Suites at The Cliff Bay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel combines elegance, comfort, and outstanding hospitality in every detail. The suites are beautiful and impeccably maintained, the atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious, and the views are breathtaking. What truly makes this property special is the exceptional staff. Every team member was warm, attentive, and highly professional. We would especially like to thank the staff of the Avista restaurant for their excellent service and genuine hospitality. Returning here always feels like coming home to a place where everything is done with care and perfection. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing hotel
Oh, we loved this hotel so much. We had a garden suite and the room and the view were amazing. The bed was huge, spotlessly clean, the pool area was fabulous with lots of space. Plus you can access Cliff bay facilities if you fancy a change. I can’t praise this hotel enough to be honest. Also, I have to mention all the staff. Every single one we came across was so helpful and really lovely. The breakfast team were fab especially. It’s a little out of town but that was a good thing in my opinion. An easy walk to a lot of restaurants and so many taxis available if you didn’t fancy the walk back. And there’s a bus stop directly outside that can take you into the centre. We were sad to leave.

Unbelievably good yet again
Fabulous setting, beautiful room (the views!), amazing food at Avista and Avista Asia, lovely staff throughout the hotel who do all they can to make you feel welcome. Love this place.
