Excellent All Inclusive Hotel
A delightful hotel with exceptional staff. The Madeiran and Italian restaurants were excellent with a 5 course taster menu served each night. The infinity outside pool overlooked the crashing Atlantic waves making a lovely experience and there were always lots of vacant loungers.
The poolside bar and buffet restaurants were both very pleasant to eat at and the breakfast buffet in particular was wonderful.
Rooms are large with spacious balconies. Unfortunately ours overlooked construction work and the car park and were too noisy to use. Recommend asking for a room on the other side

Hot Food
Lovely hotel which made for a Wonderfull holiday.It was a such a good idea to have a microwave to heat up meals.I like my food hot and always though t more hotels should adopt this well done to your consideration.Just returned from a excellent stay.

A great stay in beautiful Madeira
We have just returned from our stay at Enotel lido . We were part of a Titan Escorted tour & can honestly stay that this hotel was perfect ! Check in was smooth & efficient, our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, plenty of storage space & a balcony with a side sea view .Bed very comfy ! We ate at the Madeiran themed restaurant twice...both times our meal was delicious & served with a smile. We also enjoyed the Italian restaurant...delicious !! The Atlantico buffet restaurant was also very good...so much variety to choose from & well presented food. The staff were professional ,efficient & unobtrusive ....always clearing tables & refilling wine glasses without needing to be asked.....a big thank you to them ;they work so hard. We have had a fab holiday. Thank you.

Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel loved our room had a good view from balcony on the left side of the building saw the sea and the surrounding local area. Great buffet always something good to eat no problems as so much to choose from and we did the speciality restaurants too the Asian one was amazing managed to sit up at the bar around the hot plates and chefs watched them cooking. Very friendly staff in the restaurants and all round the hotel. Loved the pool area outdoor pool was lovely but we enjoyed the warmer indoor one that still made you feel you were part of the main outside area as it was open one side, bars lovely favourite one was the piano Bar we will go back again as really lovely chill.

Full informative honest review
Actually staying here at the moment this is my honest review a much travelled person but now as a disabled person. On first arrival the reception is beautiful glass so first view is pool and sea .beautiful indoor tropical garden walk ..check in quick and efficient. Room nice view spectacular extremely clean great walk in shower and separate bath.. Only negative first impression of main dining room looked a little cafeteria like staff wearing jeans and tee-shirt. Used to seeing other hotels abroad wearing a uniform however you soon forgot this as food and drinks excellent. Staff are lovely lotdbof bars to relax and drink cocktails or speciality coffees so many sofas chairs if all types and styles easy to get comfy .outside hotel beautiful promenade for walking off all the food and drink .As a disabled person I was able to access all areas via ramps Indoor pool and soa an excellent extra ..so impressed already booked from here to come back in 7 months time can't wait.
