Good price but… noise issues
The positives: great central location, good price, large room, self catering, amazing cleaning staff who cleaned fabulously every day, helpful reception staff
The negatives: dark room (not so much natural light); noise noise noise! Mainly other people crashing around at all hours of the night, wheeling cases for early flights, kids screaming etc. Not the hotels fault but thin walls and tiled floors mean this unavoidable. Wouldn’t return for this reason, as being sleep deprived on holiday is not what we were after!

Best location in Funchal
Great location, underground parking,good size studio apartments. Cleaned every day. Very friendly and helpful reception. Easy walk to old town and cable car. Shopping mall with large supermarket within a one minute walk.

Excellent!
Just stayed for a week at the apartments. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean, serviced every day. Location is perfect for exploring the area on foot and also for bus stops etc. Lots of good restaurants and bars around and there’s a lovely park next door with a nice cafe. The girls on reception are great, very friendly and helpful. When my sister took ill and was admitted to hospital they printed out all the documents I needed and Sara always asked how she was doing. Great customer service. We’d love to come back sometime.
