Perfect location
Stayed at the Ampalius many times over the past 20 years ... Perfect location 2 mins to beach and 5 mins to Marina. Hotel very clean and staff friendly. We were left a beautiful fruit platter..wine and nata s as mentioned was in the industry which was very kind. Would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again for sure. Thank you
Location /Clean /Great Staff
Excellent location right beside the beach. A 2-minute walk to the beach where there is a cafe and toilets, sun loungers and parasols (additional cost of approx €35 per day). Nice big rooms that are kept spotlessly clean throughout your stay. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with a huge selection to choose from. The freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh pastries are great. Staff are very attentive and constantly refilling everything and clearing tables. The pools are nice with plenty of sun beds available throughout the day so no rush to reserve them. The pool area is clean and safe. They gave us a birthday cake and bottle of wine during our stay but we hadn’t said it was my friend’s birthday so they noticed from the passports on check-in and arranged it - a really lovely gesture. Overall, a great hotel and I would stay here again.
Excellent hotel
Excellent place. Rooms at front overlooking beach. Air con works well. Very busy hotel. Breakfast varied food and tasty. Highly recommended!

Best of summer
Love everything about it. Proximity to beach, quality of staff ( Sr Pinto, d. Emilia and st Carlos ) and friendliness from the animation team Micheline Marcelo, Leonardo that make all the difference for us adults and our son. We will miss it (you)
Bliss by the beach
Just returned from our 15th visit to this lovely hotel and was as good as ever ,lots of modifications since last year and a lot of new staff who were so friendly, again I would like to single out Patricia on reception who was really helpful, the hotel is well situated for all amenities and my wife and myself really love it and will hopefully be returning next year.
