This modern hotel is situated in the popular holiday resort of Vilamoura, only a few steps from the casino and the internationally renowned marina. The lovely sandy beach is less than a minute, the resort centre with its large variety of restaurants, bars, pubs and shops is less than 5 minutes away. Several excellent golf courses are within easy reach, Faro International Airport can be reached within 30 minutes by car.

Pleasant stay
Great location for the Marina. Rooms are nice and clean, air conditioning is a bit hit or miss. Rooms cleaned, towels changed and beds made every day. Cleaners are very good. Reception staff are good.
Two pool areas, we found it nice and relaxing, staff were also checking if people were using the sunbeds too. Ideal location for the beach too, with beach access and a shower for after.
Breakfast was the most chaotic and loud breakfast i’ve ever witnessed. Great if you have kids, but as an adult couple, not for us. We ended up eating and having tea and coffee at the cafe around the corner, much nicer for a relaxed morning.
Evening entertainment was very hit or miss, we couldn’t find anywhere to see what was going to be on. It was quite loud on an evening if you were sat outside the balcony.
I think it was good value for money, but we wouldn’t pay for bed and breakfast again. Just room only. Pleasant stay, would come back.

Wouldn’t stay here again been to vilamoura 4 times stayed at tivoli, crown plaza and this is by far the worst one. On arrival reception were not helpful room not ready waited way past the time it should have been ready when given the room key no direction where to go felt they were not helpful room or interested. Once in the room the safe didn’t work and the toilet seat broken Breakfast was dodge the people weaving in and out and every morning you had to work around the cleaners hoovering and mopping g just outside the breakfast room as you go in. Our teenagers room there toilet roll wasn’t replaced and cleaner left cloth on top of toilet and shower floor wasn’t cleaned as you could see sons footprint from his slider A bottle of water in the hall way was left for 2 days outside the next room to us and never picked up so in our teenagers room all they did was make the bed and replace the towels This to us is not a 4* hotel more like a 3+ very dated decor and the cleaners around at breakfast cleaning outside peak time with hoovers and mops just made it lack any quality

Will definitely be back
Beautiful hotel. Check it was so fast, rooms and hotel were spotless. The breakfast was so nice. Loads of variety to choose from. Pools were so relaxing. Loads of sun beds for everyone all day. Location is ideal, so close to the beach and the Marina.

Great location
Overall had a good stay. Did not spend time at the hotel spa or pool as such can't comment. The location is great. Beach - with sunloungers and palapas to rent - is just a few steps away from the hotel. Close to the marina, easy (although a little longer) walk to Falesia beach. The reception staff is polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast - good variety although some hot dishes were not really hot (the only complaint). Our room was comfortable, clean, had basic toiletiers, mini bar (extra charge), safe, balcony (although the balcony had no privacy and our room was overlooking the kids pool and restaurant as such was also not the quietest place). No kettle in the room. Far too loud music during some evenings - not the best experience for guests who want to relax. You have opportunity to share your feedback directly with the hotel management towards the end of your stay which is a good initiative by the hotel. If you travel with a lot of luggage you may have to carry it on your own to the room - i have not seen bellboys. Overall enjoyed the stay. Next time would book a seaview room to ensure more relaxing experience.

Great hotel - good with milk allergy
The location was fabulous. On the beach, a short walk to a delicious Chinese buffet and the delights of the harbour. Many restaurants karaoke bars and a little arcade. Hotel rooms were clean and bright. We found the bathroom a little dark lighting could have been better.
Spa was amazing and great they could cater to children too. My daughter and I spent a lovely hour relaxing here.
My little girl has a milk allergy and they really looked after her. They were able to provide milk free pancakes, waffles, a vegan ice cream. It would take a little while to decipher food at dinner and I had to use the allergy card I pre made but she was able to enjoy pasta meat and chips. It was a shame there were no cakes for her. We were offered soya milk. And a yoghurt though when I checked this was lactose free so not suitable for a milk allergy.
A big thank you to the staff who helped us with the food. They were most helpful. And a credit to the hotel.
Activity team were great yoga and water aerobics. Leo Even played dominos and uno with us one night great fun.
Pool bar has ben and jerrys vegan ice cream. Though that run out during our stay so I used uber to order a large one which the team kept for me in the freezer. Small things like that really do help an allergy child on holiday ♥️
