This is our second visit and after a poor experience at reception last year, found the staff excellent and my requests met. It was our anniversary and as last year, we were give a nice bottle of fizz and cake. Rooms are pristine (albeit our wardrobe door was off the hinge and never fixed), the service for coffee at breakfast was night and day on last year, thank you Vikram. The pool was not too busy. My only issue was that no one told me about my discovery benefits and my many Discovery $'s, so being tight, only once bought a drink at the pool bar at the end of the day and thought it too expensive. But I could have used my many $'s. Took a survey and was sent a good discount so looking to get a weekend away sorted for later in the year!

Exceptional
Just wow. From arrival all the way through our holiday this is by far the best hotel in Villamoura.
We have always stayed at the Dom Pedro Marina but paid a bit extra and stayed here. Worth every penny.
Staff are lovely, very helpful.
Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated and as for cleanliness, it’s immaculate. Housekeeping should be so proud.
Beautiful towels and bedding, tea and coffee facilities, fridge and a bottle of water every day. Loads of storage, comfy bed and a view to always remember.
As for breakfast……..incredible. Something for everyone and all top quality produce. Show chefs making omelettes that are delicious. We loved it.
Pool area is great, and no problems with sunbeds but you still get the early risers that reserve their spot!!
5 star all the way for staff, food, room, cleanliness and location.
More than highly recommended. Loved every minute and look forward to a return visit.

Good Morning , Hugo & your wonderful team . Just to thank you all for a wonderful three days at your magnificent hotel . The porters gave us both a big hug & welcomed us home . We was quickly checked in . Lovely lady . So helpful . The room , as always was stunning & super clean . Breakfast as always was such a joy . Everything so fresh . The lady who always serves us with coffee ( Manny ) could be wrong . Was a delight as always . Thank you so much Hugo . For the upbeat music . Was so nice . Would as always like to thank Anil . Such a lovely caring man . An absolute credit to your hotel . We are back for three more nights in October . Would not dream of going anywhere else . Tivoli is our second home . Phenomenal
Filipe who works front of hotel was very kind , courteous and extremely helpful. Always made a point to say hello and offered to help with anything we needed. Helped me get transportation and offered wonderful restaurants for us to go to, specifically dining where the locals eat . I must say his recommendations were spot on. The front desk staff were very attentive and friendly. Housekeeping was spectacular. Pool staff specifically Wilker was phenomenal. The only negative was our room card which for some reason kept malfunctioning Highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous 7 nights , definitely lived up to its 5 star status, perfect location , food and view from our 9th floor sea view room.
Will definitely return.
