Highly recommend for young family
Recently stayed here for our first family holiday with our 5 month old and it was exceptional. The hotel is fabulous, fresh and clean, the recent renovations are gorgeous and really give an elevated feel but it’s the staff that really set this hotel apart. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Jonathan on reception, Maria and the manager Javier. They went above and beyond for us, best service I’ve experienced in a hotel. Food at the pool, restaurant and breakfast is lovely. Location is ideal with a short 2min walk to the beach that gets the most fabulous sunsets. I have recommended the Hyatt to friends who also recently had a baby and family and we will most definitely be back. This should be a 5 star hotel. They really care about their guests, even reading some of the reviews from a few months ago and they have already implemented improvements based on people’s feedback. For example, hiring a falcon for the seagulls, price displayed clearly on the cabanas, etc. Highly recommend

Great stay.
Had a great stay in October with our baby. Hotel is very nicely decorated with plenty of grounds and space - much ncier than others in the area. The staff were amazing. We had an issue the first night of our stay and they couldnt do enough for us always checking in to make sure we had what we needed and were ok. Maria in particular was amazing and looked after us very well. This should be a 5 star resort it definately has the quality.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Vilamoura. We have previously stayed here when it was the Dom Pedro Hotel. This was our first stay after the renovation. The hotel is really clean and modern and has a relaxed feel about it. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast has absolutely everything you could want, and we ate at the hotel restaurant one night and the food there was also extremely good. The pool is a great size and kept very clean. The location is ideal and a short walk from the Marina.
Overall, we could not fault it and we will certainly be coming back to stay again. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a fantastic stay. Georgina & Simon.

Amazing stay at Hyatt Rengency Vilamoura
We had a great experience at the Hyatt Regency Vilamoura. The staff is very welcoming and really wanted to make sure our stay was amazing. The decor is very beautiful and the outdoor is very well kept.
A lovely birthday break
We visited the Hyatt Vilamoura for my birthday in June and I have to say the staff went above and beyond to make this a wonderful holiday! The hotel itself had not been open long following a huge refurbishment. Unfortunately the fact that its an old building does mean that there was an issues with a drain smell in our room but we were quickly moved to a new room with some free drinks vouchers for the inconvenience. The hotel itself has plenty of sun loungers, an option to upgrade to a day bed (whereby what you pay gets put onto a tab to spend for the day), a great breakfast selection and lovely cocktails. The location was perfect for walking to the harbor or down to the beach front. On my actual birthday the team helped to arrange a surprise upgrade to a room with a hot tub and huge balcony complete with decorations, a bottle of fizz and sweet treats. We then had the inconvenience of our flight being cancelled but again the staff helped to extend our stay seamlessly and even let us keep the room with the hot tub. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would like to especially call out Lani on reception, Miguel (supervisor), Eunice (the manager that arranged my birthday surprise) and Armindo (bellboy.) Thank you, we will return!
