Great Visit
We were not staying at Browns, however we’re staying 4 Kilometres away in Vilamoura. My partner and I were looking for a gym to use whilst we were on holiday. I messaged Browns to see if this was possible and they advised it was. It would be either €20 a day or €70 for a week pass each. This gave access to entire facilities & gym. If you wanted to play Tennis/Paddle there was an additional cost.
The gym was good, had everything you needed for a full body work out, equipment was relatively new and treadmills looked in good quality.
On the last day of our holiday we had to check out of our accommodation in Vilamoura at 11, our flight was not till 2000, we went to browns and paid for a day pass. This allowed us to use the outdoor pool and gym whilst they stored our suitcases for us :)
To add, there is a lovely little cafe/sports bar serving breakfast and lunch. Overall, would recommend!

WONDERFUL
"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the things I appreciated most was the constant maintenance being done throughout the property — everything was clean, well-kept, and functioning properly, which made a big difference in the overall experience. The American breakfast is decent, although it would be nice to see a bit more variety from day to day. Still, it’s a convenient way to start the morning.
The hotel has great amenities, including a heated pool, sauna, and jacuzzi — perfect for relaxing after a long day. I really enjoyed spending time there. But what stood out the most was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, polite, and willing to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome.
Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay, with great service and facilities. I would definitely consider coming back!"

A Chance Encounter
Only stayed here for about 5 hours as we had to leave our accommodation at 10 and flight at 21:00, so we decided to use the day pass At browns so as not to spend hours in cafes and bars before leaving . So glad we did .. we visited the resort days before to take a look and found the staff very helpful . The resort filled our every needs and more . We were able to leave our cases in a secure location , use the pool area and play ground for kids . Also available are indoor pool and sauna and a great bar which serves nice food again with friendly staff .. we were able to shower and prepare for our journey home fresh rather than being tired and the day drag on for hours .. If you have a similar situation where you have to check out of a private villa early and your flight is not till late I would highly recommend this resort . The icing on the cake was where the girl from reception carried my suit case up some stairs to help, against my instruction .. Although I haven’t stayed for a full holiday here, on the basis of my day here I would .

Great food
We stayed at hotel do golf ..and went to brown's the food is really good and not expensive ..the staff are lovely ..they do a dish of the day ...my husband liked it in there for the sports ..have a few tvs 📺 in there ..really recommend this place ..

Welcoming Fitness Centre in Vila Moura
I spent a week at Vila Moura with family having traveled from Australia. My usual routine is to do 3-4 gym workouts each week and there wasn’t much information about fitness centres in VilaMoura. Fortunately with a little help from Google Maps I found Browns and walked there (25 mins from Tennis Villas).
It’s an attractive walk up past the golf course and the Staff, in particular the delightful lady in Reception could not have been more welcoming and helpful ( particularly for an Aussie who speaks no Portuguese 😊).
I visited four times, had access to the gym, inside and outside pool and change rooms for 20Euros per visit or week at 70Euros.
It’s a well equipped gym and my wife joined me one day and relaxed by the pool and had coffee in the cafe. A great find that really helped to make this a pleasant and healthy visit.
