Built in 2004, this complex comprises a total of 96 apartments as well as 2,000 m² of pleasant gardens. Located close to the beach, guests are welcomed in the foyer with a reception area, a safe and a currency exchange desk. Further facilities include an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant, a bar, a café, Internet access (for an added fee), WLAN access point and a TV room. Room service and laundry service, as well as bicycle rental, are also included in the facilities. Younger guests are offered a kids club and a playground to let off steam. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage facilities.

Fantastic all inclusive stay!
The hotel is clean and modern and a perfect place to relax as a couple. We were lucky enough to be assigned a room with a Ria view, which made it extra special with stunning views of the Ria Formosa. The negative reviews we read prior to staying are not what we experienced, and we feel that they are unfair and don’t show the hotel that we stayed at. The staff are friendly and constantly on hand to help. The food was amazing in both the buffet restaurant and the grill restaurant, with a wide variety including snacks by the pool. The facilities like the main pool, rooftop bar, and pool make this the perfect place to relax, along with access to the beach by solar-powered boat. We would like to make a special mention to the entertainment team. They really made our holiday enjoyable with their constant energy. From aqua gym and Zumba in the pool to paddle boarding along the Ria Formosa. Entertainment in the evening was either a DJ or live music, with something on every night to keep you entertained, either on the terrace or the rooftop bar. The only points for improvement would be to the general maintenance of the hotel. There are numerous loose tiles around the pool, with other areas requiring a little work, but this did not affect the holiday.

Very surprised how nice the hotel is room are very nice and as for the food it's one of the best hotels for food loads of choices the sea food is the best. Staff were all helpful from cleans to mangers look forward to coming back next year

Easy relaxing holiday
Beautiful surroundings rooftop pool and bar.plenty seating areas and no problem getting sun bed by the pool. Staff very friendly and accommodating. So buffet restaurant very nice seating outside if you prefer in sunshine. Al a carte Resturaunt available to book fab food and wine. Kashif was very informative and friendly and olso his staff. Food was very good piping hot and Kashmir explained what coarse was coming next. Wine was very nice and we had a small port given to us.
Entertainment Started at the pool doing exercise in water guest seemed to love this took place twice a day. DJ on most days and a selection of acts on in evening. Have to mention there names Anna Gonzalo and Rachel . Rachel and Gonzalo came round and chatted to us make sure we were happy with everything. Rachel was very nice and interesting chats we had . So thank you guys.
We walked into cabanas one morning only takes 10 to fifteen minutes nice pretty shops and cafes. Weather was fab so most days just around the pool Highly recommend this hotel

Avoid
Wouldn’t not recommend, defiantly isn’t a 4****. Came on a couples holiday and sadly disappointed.
The hotel room itself was mostly clean and tidy. BUT that saying the pool area, specifically the rooftop pool were grubby, filled with plastic uncollected cups, rubbish and dirty sun beds. The bar doesn’t also open until 5 so note before you go up!
The food and drink options were appalling for an all inclusive. Spent more time at the local bars and shops. Breakfast is the best you will get. Noting leftovers are available at the pool all day…not for me! I also got quite unwell day two so decided against any more food here.
Would say 3*** at best and wouldn’t return.
Don't stay here
Staying here now, never again. Room 246 in the main building. Maids shouting outside your room from 8am every day. Upstairs bar on 3rd floor moving furniture around every night.
