The spectacular beach of Praia da Rocha is just a short stroll from this well-located apart hotel, located just at 600 meters from the Praia da Rocha Beach. The centre of Portimão, the largest town in the western part of the Algarve, is within walking distance, the Portimão Museum, marina and several golf courses are within easy reach. Numerous restaurants and shops are in the vicinity of the hotel, the international airport of Faro is about 73 km away. This accommodation offers a great variety of apartments that are equipped with kitchen, terrace, private bathroom, TV-sat and safe. Guests can enjoy outdoor pools and the pool bar by the gardens. Excellent Hotel
Fantastic hire absolutely spotless when it comes to cleanliness. We had a pool side view on the 4th floor well worth the extra money room was well spacious & cleaned everyday .. lovely big pool but like most Portuguese pools a tad on the cold side sunbeds a plenty don’t know what it will be like in the height of summer short stroll to the beach & town & the supermarkets are close by . Will 100% definitely comeback
Couples holiday
I really enjoyed my stay here and would return. The place is very clean and room very spacious. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, only kitchen/sitting room. I’d imagine the bedroom would be unbearable mid summer. I requested to stay on top floor and very happy I did, it was very quiet. Pool was freezing, plenty of sun beds but the girls at the pool bar were very unpleasant and it wasn’t even peek season yet. I understand tourists are annoying but I witnessed them being so rude to some people especially with the ringing of their bell. Don’t eat at the pool bar, it’s only a frozen pizza and double the price than the Italian on the promenade. Short walk to the beach and strip.

Great location and immaculately clean.
These apartments are amazing, very surprised when we arrived at how clean and spacious they are. The whole complex is immaculately clean, rooms cleaned every day. Great location, a little walk to the strip up a modest slope. Taxis very cheap to everywhere. There is a bakery/cafe just around the corner, out of the hotel turn right to top of the road, left, then left again. Lots of lovey food good prices. Staff generally very helpful, just the odd bar man. Lots of young people around for a boxing tournament but in the main they were well behaved. Definitely would return.

Will return for sure
Was pleasantly surprised when arrived here to find the apartment to be immaculate. Around the pool and reception area communal toilets were also perfectly clean. The reception staff were helpful. We asked for a bottle opener for our wine and they opened our bottles for us when asked (as they only had one we didn't take it). Beds were comfortable and the air con kept the whole apartment cool - as well as having shutters down (The weather was hitting high 30s and this was a concern we had after reading some reviews). We only used the pool bar for a few drinks and staff were pleasant enough. The shower was amazing! Best shower I've had abroad. There was a boxing group there and they were all well behaved and had fun around the pool area in the afternoon/evening. The pool did get busy but still plenty of beds to lie on and the beach really isn't too far away either. Will definitely be on my return list. Praia da Rocha itself is also just beautiful.

Amazing Stay in Portimão, we will definitely be back.
I don’t think the pictures really tell how nice this place is. We booked a 3 day 2 night stay for 2 couples and were met at the reception desk by a lovely gentlemen who checked us in. We stayed on the first floor of the hotel where you can get by the stairs or the 2 available lifts.
The apartments are spacious and clean. The kitchen has pretty much all you need to cook your meals during your stay and saving some money since dining in Portimão can get quite expensive.
The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of room for our things.
The only thing we noticed and didn’t like was the smell on the fitted wardrobes. It seems that they have been closed quite a long time but it’s nothing a good cleaning won’t do.
The bathroom was very spacious and clean, perfect shower.
The hotel has an amazing pool (plus a kids pool) surrounded by sun beds (no extra cost) and a pool bar with very reasonable prices. Theres also a lounging area with games and entertainment by the pool.
Overall the hotels location is really handy as you can walk to the beach (15/20min) or drive (3/5 min) and also very close to loads of supermarkets and restaurants.
The noon checkout is fair and handy to enjoy a last morning in the pool (we did exactly that).
We paid just over 200€ for an apartment (2 nights) in June and it was incredible.
We will definitely be back.
