Very good studio
Very good Studio, with fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. Good bathroom, water heating, aircon (additional 5.00 euros per day). Very nice area at 10 min walking to the huge and gorgeous Praia da Rocha and close to supermarkets, restaurants and nightlife. The only problem was parking. People arrive from everywhere from 8am to the beach and they park in the few available space in the area. There are private parking spaces/bays under the building that should be made available.

Great wee apartments for price
Great wee apartments. Washing machine was a godsend. Friendly check in. Pool was very quiet which was great. Pool bar opened at 4 but we were usually out day drinking so home and early nights. Had a duplex apartment. Spotless. Old fashioned but bathrooms were ok. Shower was amazing. 5mins from beach. No charge for safety deposit box. Nice balcony big enough for two. Would definitely go back.

Good Accommodation and Location
Stayed in Apt 111. Apartment was exceptionally clean but basic.
Kitchen - had fridge and cooker, table and chairs. Not many utensils. No cleaning items (dish washing liquid, cloths etc) and no plug for the sink!! The plug issue was remedied when we we asked house keeping for one.
Bedroom - two single beds (very uncomfortable). Plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. Safety deposit box - charge applicable.
Bathroom - spotless, walk in shower. Towels provided. No Hairdryer.
Pool Area - very clean and neat. Loungers are extremely uncomfortable - recommend a pad be used if possible.
Reception - all staff we dealt with were friendly, efficient and very helpful.
The location is superb - 10-15 minute walk to small supermarket , beach, bars restaurants etc

Do not book!
There was a hole punched into the door of the bathroom door which didn’t bother me, no fan extractor in the bathroom which did, the light in the kitchen didn’t work, the light outside the room in the hallway didn’t work so was pitch black when returning in the evening, and the air conditioning leaked water onto your head if you sat in a certain position on the balcony. Despite all this we had a nice stay and staff seemed friendly. That was until we returned home and received an email from them accusing us of making the hole in the bathroom door. Despite me explaining that it was there when we arrived they were positive we did it and expected us to pay for the damages. This place is cheap for a reason. Steer clear.

Great Location, Fantastic staff!
I really liked this accommodation! I went with my mother and we had a 2 bedroom duplex apartment. Downstairs we had a toilet and open plan kitchen living room area and upstairs was the main bathroom and the master bedroom with double bed and balcony and then the second room had 2 single beds. The kitchen was well supplied and had a washing machine which was fantastic! People had said there was no washing facilities for the kitchen so I brought a small washing up liquid and cleaning sponge and tea towel but 2 tea towels were supplied. The apartment was clean and well kept. The beds were comfy. The shower was fantastic I love the waterfall head on it. During the week they came in and made the beds etc and swapped out the towels which was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful including Rambo the cat!! 😃 The pool area was lovely. I defo hope to return here. I love having a spacious area. The only negative really would be that the only balcony we had was off the master bedroom and it was very small and that there was no wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes in the master bedroom. But nothing that would deter me from returning again! Also a great location about 5 mins from the main strip and the beach so close without being too close!
