Excellent hotel just avoid room 112
Currently staying at the hotel. The staff are all lovely, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean but a little on the small side. Room amenities include a kettle, small fridge and a safe.
The breakfasts are good with something for everyone. The only issue I have had is the allocation of room. We have paid for a superior room which has a small balcony. I did request a room on a higher floor but on arrival I was advised this wasn’t possible and that the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately the room we were allocated was probably the worst in the hotel - ROOM 112. Yes it did have a balcony but this looked out onto hotel rooms opposite. There was a flat roof in between the rooms therefore we had to ensure our patio door was constantly locked. Plus as the rooms opposite could see straight into our room, we had to keep the net curtain closed. This resulted in our room being dark and dismal. The room and balcony did not get ANY sunshine at all throughout the day.
With being told the hotel was fully booked, I unpacked and couldn’t see any point in complaining to reception as I would achieve anything. Also I was only staying for 4 nights so didn’t want to spend time moving rooms.
I would stay at this hotel again as it is lovely but would try to ensure I was not allocated room 112.

WOW stunning hotel in a perfect location. Can't fault the hotel on anything. So fresh, clean and inviting. Beautiful breakfast area, pool area, roof top bar everything spotless. Staff the friendliest I've come across. Always got a sunbed after breakfast sometimes struggle if you leave it till after lunch but people come and go. Food was so so tasty especially the caesar salad and Free towels everyday is so handy. Special mention to the hotel for accommodating us in a special room as it was our 20th wedding anniversary having your own loungers on the veranda was lovely to chill on. Will definitely re visit this hotel and Olhào which is a stunning part of Portugal.

Birthday weekend
Great location 5 mins walk to everything Very relaxed hotel Superior room was so spacious with a lovely balcony Great value for money This hotel is absolutely spotless credit to all staff As I said very quiet and relaxing Fabulous staff so friendly and accommodating. This is our third time here and we are planning to go back next year Great amenities and staff are only too willing to help if you have any issues

PERFECT stay in every way.
Our 3rd visit to Olhao, what a fantastic hotel to discover! Far exceeded our expectations, which were high based on reviews we'd seen!. Spotlessly clean, room had all the facilities we needed, amazing rooftop pool and bar, relaxing vibe, delicious breakfast - all in a good location for enjoying all Olhao has to offer. The staff went above and beyond to help, were attentive, friendly, relaxed and obviously enjoy working there. I have a 'special' birthday next year and have been asked by family what I'd like to do, which I've previously said 'no idea'. We will be booking this hotel! Thank you to the staff at the hotel for a perfect stay.

Fantastic hotel,great location
Lovely hotel. Loved the rooftop bar with great service and reasonable prices. Good breakfast selection. Olhao is a lovely town with lots of bars and restaurants.
