We love this hotel, breakfast and dinner are very tasty! Excellent spa facilities, I went twice for massage with Carla, it was very relaxing ☺️

I had a lovely experience at the hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the spa facilities were a great place to unwind. The sauna was particularly enjoyable, providing a peaceful and relaxing experience. A special thank you to Carla for the wonderful massage. She was professional, friendly and attentive, making the whole experience extremely relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the hotel, especially the spa, sauna and massage treatments. Thank you, Carla, for the excellent service!
Great hotel stay
Enjoyed a great stay at The Prime Energise. It is in a quiet location just a short walk away from the beach, restaurants and cafes. At night we never heard other guests or doors closing.
Our room had enough wardrobe and drawer space, there was a fridge and if you ask at reception you can have the use of a kettle instead of a coffee machine. The bathroom included a bath and a good powerful shower.
The swimming pool is on the roof and is small but if guests didn’t go off for hours leaving their towel on the sunbeds, there would be fewer instances of people not being able to get a sunbed when they wanted one.
Breakfast is great, having freshly squeezed orange juice is a rare treat in a hotel. I loved the fresh fruit and different selection of bread.
Would stay again.

A Bit of Style in Monte Gordo
The Prime Energise is a Modern Hotel in a great area of Portugal. It's very clean, stylish & well staffed. My room was A Standard but was a large room. The second morning I had no coffee pods, so take your own coffee & tea & ask for a kettle. Also buy your own water from the local Spar as you get one when you arrived but no more. Also I feel there should be a handle in the showers on the wall for safety. The facilities in the hotel are great. The restaurant, the pool bar, the indoor spa & gym & the rooftop pool, if but a little bit cold, but once in very refreshing on a hot day. It's close to everything you need in the town. I also mentioned on check out my only negative (it's constructive criticism) is that the staff need to smile more. A smile goes a long way for many people, & I feel being in hospitality that should be a given. You never know what people are going through, a smile will make someone's day! 3 members of staff ticked this box for me, & it truly meant so much too me. So Mel, Carla (spa) & Eduardo thank you 🙏🏻

Golfing trip to Monte Gordo
Just back from golfing trip with 22 Irish ladies.... what can I say !! From the moment we arrived ... nothing was a problem .. everything was excellent ! Staff were very accommodating.. from reception to the restaurant . .. Can not fault this hotel. Audrey Kenny
