Lovely Hotel
Fantastic hotel , so modern , clean and friendly. All the staff from check-in to the restaurant are brilliant. We stayed on a B&B basis as we like to eat out in the evenings the breakfast choice was really good , Lagos is a short taxi ride from the hotel 4/5 euros in an uber. Stunning views as soon as you walk through the reception doors. All in all a very good stay.

Great hotel
This is a fantastic hotel, the staff are absolutely amazing. Nothing is too much trouble they work very long hours and always greet you with a smile on their face. I honestly can not praise them enough they are a true credit to their employers and themselves. 100% I will be returning. Thankyou

Needs to do better.
The hotel is stunning, but unfortunately there are gaps in the levels of service between staff members and some of the staff demeanour and lack of motivation was an issue. My wife and I booked a Sea-View Private Pool Superior Suite. These are spectacular rooms and they had everything we needed but sadly the experienced is ruined due to the fact you have this huge terrace with private pool which is overlooked by guest rooms above. There's literally no privacy. Whoever signed off on this design should be fired, imo. The food at all times was exceptional. The pools were great and the spa area, though small was pleasant. The overall location across the road from a huge beach and nature reserve is perfect. I don't think we would return, though we do remain open to use Iberostar hotels elsewhere.

Excellent as before..BUT
We're currently on our third visit to this hotel & the facilities, staff & food are all as excellent as before, as the latest reviews have also stated. BUT...what is new is the large construction site immediately next door. Not only is there continuous noise 11 hours a day, but as it's a close & un shielded site the balconies on the town side are in full view of the workforce. This is making enjoying the sea & town views rather unpleasant.
Don’t stay
Best thing about the hotel was location. Food was awful not that of a 5 star, drinks was awful “banana cocktails” we had a junior suite and it was just like a premier inn. Staff was rude and unhelpful Overall wouldn’t never stay at this brand again
