The best hotel I've statues at in years. Beautiful rooms, fantastic amenities and the most caring staff possible.
One of the most incredible hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are beautiful, as is the layout of the hotel, and the amenities are fantastic. The food was truly five-star every single night.
What stood out most was the care from the staff. When we had an issue with our room that was outside their control, they looked after us with such kindness and hospitality. I’ve never experienced that level of care at any other hotel.
Just the most wonderful place. I can’t wait to go back!
Not 4 star, not 3 star, death star
Stains all over the couch and much of the floor. Going to bed first night found large bugs including mosquitoes. Out next day until 8:00 pm and came back to find door to the room wide open. Staff was unresponsive and security took nearly an hour to arrive. GM was too busy to respond. Not a 4 star property, deferred maintenance, dead plants and grass, worst of all they don’t care.
Couldn’t be better
This resort is amazing. The area is gorgeous. The back of the property leads directly to the gorgeous cliffs at Ponte de piade and you can watch the sunset every night. The pool is large and has many chairs and umbrellas. There is great poolside bar and food service. We took the half board. Great breakfast choices and the buffet dinner menu changes every single night of the week. And it was actually really delicious. You will find something you love. The ingredients are fresh and of good quality. The premises are spotlessly clean. Every staff member you encounter is helpful and friendly. We had a one bedroom ocean view suite. Great nespresso machine and mini fridge. Lots of English tv stations to suit. We would love to come back one day

Ok - but wouldn’t go back
Aside from the room it didn’t feel like a 5* hotel. Some of the staff were surly and unhelpful. One of the reasons for booking the hotel was to play tennis, however the courts were in an awful condition. Apparently they are due a refurbishment but this wasn’t made clear at the time of booking the holiday.

Excellent stay at Cascade Wellness hotel in Lagos
Lovely hotel in great location with lovely pools and spa, excellent food at breakfast and in the thematic buffet where huge variety and fantastic quality was available.
All staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The bar had a good choice and was well priced, with some great entertainment and as elsewhere in the hotel service was wonderful.
