Great visit as usual
So I have just finished yet another great stay at my favourite hotel. Apart from being always spotlessly clean and being in a very central location, what makes this hotel special is the lovely staff who make you so welcome and are so helpful
I have been visiting for about 15 years and hopefully will continue for another 15!!!

Perfect and very affordalbe
Extremely friendly and helpful staff and rooms above 3-Star standard.
Perfect Hotel with very friendly people.
Perfect Location, near the center at walking distance. Really very kind and great and friendly hospitable receive at the reception , explaining everything in detail and with very enthousiastic people. We did stay on the top of the hotel in a nice great and very clear suite. With a nice balcony and nice view at a part of the city. Everything was very nice arranged and we felt very comfortable from the beginning. Also nice breakfast with a lot of different choices and nice prepared by kitchen staff. We would like to thank the employees for a great stay.

A relaxing break, just what was needed.
We had a room on the fourth floor with a splendid view of the city. It was comfortable and peaceful which is what we were seeking. Claudia welcomed us with great warmth and was very informative of what there was to do in the area. She spent ages marking everything on the map she gave us. On our final day we were able to leave our luggage there after checking out until it was time to leave.
Amazing experience
My son was involved in a serious accident and was treated at Faro Hospital, which meant our stay became far more stressful than we ever expected.
Throughout this, the staff at the hotel — and Carlos in particular — showed exceptional compassion, kindness and professionalism while helping us manage and adjust our arrangements at short notice. He genuinely went above and beyond what we would normally expect, and we’re incredibly grateful for his support during a very difficult time. He is a real asset to Best Western.
The hotel itself is very comfortable, with excellent beds, and we were very thankful to have such a supportive place to stay during a challenging period.
