5/5 Stars – An Exceptional 5-Star Stay in Faro!
We have just returned from a 7-night stay at 3HB Faro, and I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond for us. The hotel is absolutely spotless throughout, and you can see how hard the entire team works to keep everything running seamlessly. The food was exceptional, and the overall level of service made the trip truly special. A huge highlight for us was the rooftop pool. It was never overly busy, and we never had an issue getting a sunbed after breakfast. The hotel has a strict policy against reserving beds—I even witnessed staff removing towels left by people who tried to save beds before wandering off into Faro! It made the pool area so much more enjoyable and fair for everyone. Our room was cleaned to perfection every single day and came stocked with fresh towels, along with complimentary water and soft drinks in the mini-bar. We also took advantage of the spa—it is on the smaller side, but it’s the perfect, tranquil space to unwind and chill out. The location is unbeatable. While the hotel offers everything you need, there are tons of fantastic local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance if you want a change of scenery in the evening. A true 5-star experience from start to finish—we will definitely be back!

Lovely hotel
Great hotel in Faro. Central location, really high standards, immaculate, they have thought of everything. Staff great. Rooftop area and infinity pool lovely. Rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors, ask for room overlooking courtyard. Otherwise could end up with 'city' view room on 2nd floor looking at wall and vent pipes below, as we did! Short stay for us, so not such a major issue, but no point in having balcony really, considering price.

Superb hotel choice
We loved this city hotel. The ultra-modern, zen-like rooms and public areas are simply wonderful. We arrived early, but check-in was quick, and they showed us to our beautiful, spacious room. The hotel had kindly upgraded us, and the room was amazing, with a lovely balcony overlooking the internal courtyard entrance area. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Lunch/dinner are on the top floor with fantastic views across Faro and towards the distant beach. The sun terrace and lovely pool area are also here, and we enjoyed relaxing for the afternoon, although sun beds were in high demand. The gym and internal pool/spa are on the first floor and have decent facilities. After flying in and out of Faro Airport for Algarve holidays, this was our first stay in Faro City, and we loved it, with some interesting history and great restaurants/bars. Hopefully, we will return soon.

A lovely hotel
The hotel is lovely. My friend and I stayed 5 nights in standard single rooms. The rooms are lovely. Super air-con (it was needed!), the guests has total control. The beds are a very good size and super comfortable, and there's a lovely balcony. The hotel is really centrally located and has a lovely roof terrace. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold food. The staff are exceptional - in all areas, super friendly, helpful and polite. Absolutely no complaints....If you're planning a trip to Faro, this hotel is the perfect choice.

A fantastic find in Faro.
A fantastic find in Faro. Bang in the middle of the old town, perfect for the harbour, boat tour area, wine bars and restaurants, bus and train stations - for those wanting to get out and about. The hotel was spotlessly clean, breakfast lovely, great restaurant for dinner at night and staffed with friendly, professional young men and women. We had two early starts and were made generous packed breakfasts to take away. The rooftop infinity pool is a luxe way to unwind after a hot, busy day, however poolside service could prove slow and one cannot evade the noise of planes taking off at nearby Faro airport. However, I would not hesitate to recommend 3hb Faro and hope to return.
