With features of Urban Chic, and inserted in the pedestrian area of downtown Faro but without the urban noise of the cities, 3HB Faro aims to complete the prosperity of the city of Faro, with its rooms and suites, and two restaurants – a gourmet in the rooftop and another inspired by Italian cuisine with a more relaxed atmosphere and direct entrance through the pedestrian area of the noble commercial street of Faro. There is also a rooftop bar with stunning views of the outdoor infinity pool that overlooks the city and the Ria Formosa nature park.
Design and interior decoration by Paulo Lobo, who over the years continues to amaze with his touch of magic – namely in the lighting and in the choice and beauty of the materials used. The hotel also has meeting rooms and a SPA with indoor pool, sauna, turkish bath, sensory showers and gym.
Situated less than 15 minutes from Faro International Airport, enjoys a privileged location to explore the Algarve and its multiple experiences! Golf courses, the beauty and diversity of the Algarve beaches, the cities full of history and culture. And many other secrets waiting to be unraveled.
A lovely place to stay located in the old part of town. Lots of bars & restaurants within a short walk. Our room had plenty of space with a high quality fit out. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They provided towels for our boat trip to the sea caves and transport from the hotel when we were leaving. The breakfast was excellent with an à la carte menu included.
We had the most amazing experience at this hotel, from beginning to end. The staff are so professional and can’t do enough to help and make sure you have everything you need. The housekeeping staff are much more than just cleaners, they leave the rooms completely spotless everyday and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was amazing with so many hot and cold choices. We ate in the adjoining restaurant on the first night and it too was lovely. The pool area is relaxing and quiet, no music blasting just background and the bar is well stocked with proper cocktails etc so nice compared to some hotels. The food in the rooftop bar is unreal - the burger was to die for yum!! The spa looks amazing, didn’t use it but looked in and they keep numbers low and quality high. All in all this is a high end hotel in a holiday location - not a resort hotel from the 1970s - highly recommend and we’ll be back.
What a brilliant stay we have just had in this hotel, The staff were exceptional, they were helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They all spoke excellent English but they appreciated when you tried a few Portuguese words. Our room was not huge but it was so comfortable, many little extra touches like coffee machines and mini fridge. Water replaced all the time. The cleaning was fantastic, completed every day to the highest standard and even a turn down service a night. Fresh towels every day, just great. The breakfast service was immaculate and available until 10 .30 .. bonus The hotel restaurant food was delicious and not too expensive and the service was again first class. My favourite was the rooftop pool and bar, so pretty and plenty of beds and chairs If you’re looking for a little spot to base yourself for a stay in this area cannot recommend highly enough
What an amazing hotel. Everyone in the hotel made our stay so enjoyable. The service was more than excellent. We stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We were upgraded on arrival and treated to dessert and sparkling wine when we had dinner in the restaurant. The attention to detail and cleanliness was second to none. From the staff on reception to the restaurant and housekeeping all worked to the highest standards to make our stay fabulous. Well done
Our stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. Our room on the third floor was spacious, beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable. The bed, linen and pillows all felt properly luxurious, and the Molton Brown products in the bathroom were a lovely touch. Tea, coffee and water were also replenished throughout our stay, along with a thoughtful turndown service each evening, which we really appreciated.
The rooftop pool, bar and restaurant created such a relaxing atmosphere, and breakfast each morning was a real feast with plenty of choice. I especially loved the chia seeds and coconut milk options.
What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ricardo, all the reception staff, the restaurant team, and Willian at the spa, who was always so friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old town, surrounded by shops, bars, cafés and restaurants, while still feeling calm and comfortable.
We absolutely loved staying here and would happily return. It was also incredibly convenient, only around 15 minutes from Faro Airport and about €8 by Uber.
