Such a relaxing atmosphere, and Débora was very calm and inviting. I appreciated how she explained what I needed to do and allowed me to take my time getting ready afterwards.
Eight Years and Still Fabulous
My partner and I have been coming here every year for the past eight years, and every aspect of our stay has always been consistently fabulous. It’s a hotel we genuinely love returning to year after year.
The spa and its wonderful staff deserve a special mention. I had a treatment today with Catarina, who was absolutely brilliant — knowledgeable, professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. She made the whole experience thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable.
Eight years on, we’re still delighted to come back, and we certainly intend to keep doing so. Thank you to everyone for another wonderful stay!

Shame they do not care or accommodate Handicap people and their needs !!
Room was allocated at the end of the hotel far away which was very difficult for my partner to walk due to health issues / handicap. Requested numerous time for a room change and kept getting run around and same answer we have no rooms. Terrible and very inconsiderate towards people with special needs.
