This property is 5 minutes walk from the beach. Terrace Club offers an outdoor pool and apartments with a well-equipped kitchen, just 350 m from Praia da Nossa Senhora da Rocha. The property features a coffee shop and a buffet restaurant. All apartments are sunny and have large windows, some overlooking the ocean. Each one has an open-plan kitchen with full-size fridge, 2-hob stove and a dining area.
The coastline nearby can be explored using the property's rental bikes or on foot. Guests can also relax with a book in the lush garden. During July and August, Terrace Club has a poolside bar and live music. Children have access to their own pool and a playground.have an outdoor pool, gardens and a playground for children to have a great time, buffet restaurant and a cafeteria.
The 24 hour reception is at Be Live Palmeiras Village, just next to the apartments.

Perfect getaway
Absolutely loved it here, we went self catering so cannot comment on the food on site but the local restaurants were lovely. We ate at Tasca 26, Vilarhino and Vila de Italia would highly recommend all of them. We spent some evenings at the sweet spot on site, (cocktails were amazing!!) this is where they do evening entertainment, there wasn’t stuff on every night and shuts at 11pm so worth planning around this. There are a couple of local bars that are open till around 2am. We went out on the nights there wasn’t much going on.
It is more of a quiet place but if your willing to take a walk there are restaurants and bars within a 10min walk or a 5 minute taxi ride into the local town which has a lot more places to eat and drink. Also it’s around 25mins in a taxi to Albufeira old town (Uber cost around £10)
The room was spacious and spotless the pool was clean and plenty of sun loungers to choose from.
The staff were all amazing, could not fault them. Welcoming and friendly, we had no issues here at all.
We was a family of 2 adults and 2 16 year olds so not sure what the children’s entertainment is like.
It’s not a 5 star resort so if you want luxury maybe look around but if you want something a bit more affordable and laid back I would recommend coming here.
An unforgettable stay!
From start to finish, the staff have been absolutely brilliant. Everyone we came across was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful, which made such a difference to our stay.
We did have an issue with our bathroom when we first arrived, but the way it was handled was exceptional. We were listened to, spoken to personally about the issue, and then contacted by email with a resolution. We were also shown an alternative apartment so we could decide whether we would be happier moving rooms — and we were! The team even offered to help us move all of our belongings to the new apartment. We declined the help, but the fact that they offered was such a lovely touch and really showed how much they cared.
The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and a lovely place to stay. The poolside staff were also fantastic and genuinely couldn’t do enough to help.
What really stood out to us was the attitude of the whole team. They made us feel welcomed, valued and looked after throughout our stay.
We honestly can’t wait to come back again! ❤️

Relaxing seven days.
We stayed for seven nights at the end of September. We found the hotel organised and the staff friendly. The rooms were very clean and the hotel common areas were spotless. The staff were friendly and very happy to help. Would recommend this hotel for a relaxing break. The transfer was 45 mins from faro airport.

An enjoyable stay
The Ukino complex is in a quiet area near Armarção da Pêra. There are different restaurants dotted around the area, a mini market close by and a bigger Supermarket a bit further uphill. It's very hilly.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
We were staying on half board basis and our apartment was well equipped and comfortable, with separate kitchen/living area with sofa bed for a family staying there. Two French windows opened out onto a large balcony. Air conditioning plus fans in the rooms made it a very comfortable temperature.when outdoors it was up to 34° some of the we were there.
Towels are changed every two days and bedding every four. Other than that it's up to the guests to make their own bed - no hardship and wash up after themselves.
The restaurant was a short walk away and there was always plenty to choose from to eat and drink.
We were very happy with the Ukino Terrace but it's only drawback was having to climb up two flights of stairs to our apartment when already hot and tired as there are no lifts.
A pool area with sun loungers is accessed with a fob.
To get to nearby Armarção the best way is by the Comboio Turistico (noddy train) €5 return which runs hourly.
There are a couple of good bars/restaurants near the beach.

Brilliant holiday
We really enjoyed our stay here, we went self-catering and didn't eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on the food, but the apartment was really spacious with a fully stocked kitchen and living area. The rooms were cleaned every 2 days. The pool area was great, plenty of beds to be had during the 2nd and 3rd week of September. The location is unreal, a short walk to the most beautiful beach (quite steep hills though) and all the locals restaurants are lovely. There is a great supermarket nearby with laundry facilities also. Really cheap and easy to travel to other more lively resorts if you wanted to explore. Fantastic value, we'll definitely be back
