Birthday Treat
This was a birthday treat and it was a nice hotel but with a few quibbles! Main one was being charged for a bucket of ice 8 euros !!
Family holiday
Lovely hotel. Great pool facilities. The entertainment team were excellent. Pool games and night entertainment was fab. The barmen at the pool bar, Abdullah, Mohammed and the chap with the tattoos and braces, were very professional and attentive.
Definitely amazing place
A week ago we came back from 10 day stay at this wonderful hotel. We came in before check in time but our room was ready which was amazing. Staff is very helpful and a big shout out to our lovely cleaning lady Iryna who made sure our room and spotless and clean even our daughters teddy bears were looked after :) Food was amazing, was not hungry even once, drinks ... honestly mojitos top notch. The water polo matches were highlight of the day for my daughter and my husband :) Beach is lovely walk and views there amazing as well. We used the train to centre of Alvor few times. Also Uber is really cheap so we went to Portimao twice. Please go there its gorgeous place !! Was really scared after I had bad experience in Greece 2 years ago after getting sick. But here I felt safe and happy hygiene wise. A la carte restaurant visited all of them honestly really really nice food. Highly recommend.
Amazing.
A truly incredible 12-day holiday. The hotel was beautiful and our two young kids had so much to do. Food great and the staff, from the chefs and the servers to the housekeeping and reception, did everything to make sure our family had a memorable stay. Special mention to Eliseu who worked every day at the lunch time buffet and was great with the family, especially the kids. The best way I could sum it up is that even with two young children, everything felt so relaxed and chilled. We will be back as soon as we can.

I love this resort!!! The staff are the best. Bartenders are so talented and fun. Waiters are so sweet, accommodating, and attentive. We love our favorite dynamic duo Daniel and Roman💗💗💗
