With its convenient location in Alvor, the hotel offers easy access to the city's must-see destinations, making it an ideal starting point for excursions in this lively area. There are shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants in the vicinity and the hotel is 900 metres from the beach. Public transportation links can be found 300 m from the hotel. The historical centre of Alvôr is just a 10-minute walk away and the shops and cafés of Portimão are 4.5 km away. Guests will find at their arrival in the apartment the entertainment programme which includes a wide range of activities for adults and children such as swimming-pool games, quizzes, snooker, football, tennis, table tennis, darts, baseball, barbecues and others. In the bar a different show every night takes place. Live music, karaoke, parrots shows, quizz games, capoeira (brazilian dance). Information leaflets from several entertainment companies can be found at the reception. There are studio apartments and also 1, 2, or 3 apartments with comfortable bedrooms. All the accomodation has telephone, safe and livingroom with air conditioning and satellite TV. There is a pleasant restaurant next to the swimming-pool. The guests have the option to have breakfast or half-board with a delicious buffet cooked by the chef.

Great stay
We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, the apartment was huge! Very clean, basic but had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped , oven hob dishwasher. Pool area was nice and relaxing and the staff were friendly. Booked to return May 2027!

A decent base for self catering.
The hotel is in a quiet position just off the main road and a fifteen minute walk down to the supermarket and Alvor centre. Because of the design there are no lifts and many steps, 42 to my apartment! I do not recommend this hotel for anyone with mobility issues. Though dated the apartments are spacious and clean and have a well equipped kitchen including a full electric oven. The hotel is best suited for b & b or self catering. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice including nicely cooked full English though not hot. I booked half board and regretted it! The evening meals were barely edible so I ate out a few times. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pool is of a good size with a bridge across the centre.
Great break
Just back from a wonderful break, room was huge room 2412 was spotless and great value for money will definitely be back, reviews I've read didn't put me off, staff helpful spotless clean great location only thing I would say we arrived very late and no toilet roll, so be prepared stop on route for them, didn't visit pool or onsite restaurant but looked spot on,chris Dublin

Perfectly adequate
We stayed in a studio here in June. It was basic, made a great base and very adequate for basic self catering. It is a bit out of Alvor but we walked into town/beach daily easily. This was a cheap break and fitted the bill perfectly. We didn’t use the pool or bar as it was pricey and lacked the atmosphere of other places we preferred. We would definitely go back if it was offered at a similar price.

Basic but lovely
Basic but clean and comfortable apartments equipped with everything you will need. Perfect for a budget holiday. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help in any situation. They are friendly, chatty and happy to help. If you're looking for a budget holiday in the beautiful town of Alvor then I recommend this place. If you're looking for a 5* fancy accommodation then this is not the place for you.
