VACATION HOLIDAY
We stayed at the hotel with our 9 yesr old girl who had an amzing time with the animation staff, carolina and Paula. They were very interactive with my daughter and always had a smile on their face and happy to help.if we got stuck with anything in the hotel.
Happy 50th To Me
My wife booked this hotel as a surprise for my 50th birthday. We paid around £2,000 for an 8-night stay in a Junior Suite with a pool view. What we actually got was a tired, dirty room overlooking the roadside. Not quite the birthday surprise we'd imagined!
We lasted one night out of eight before deciding life was too short. We packed our bags, paid for another hotel ourselves in Vilamoura and never looked back.
The room was filthy. There were dirty walls, paint splatters everywhere, stained curtains, damaged furniture, cobwebs, marks throughout the room and even the toilet roll looked damp and unusable. The attached photos speak for themselves. I genuinely cannot understand how this hotel is classed as 4 stars.
The hotel was also full of large groups, including stag parties, creating a noisy atmosphere that was the complete opposite of the relaxing holiday we had booked. Loud music carried on into the evening.
Breakfast offered plenty of choice, but most of the hot food was only lukewarm.
When we complained, we were offered an alternative room. We were later told the manager had tried to call us, but both room phones were beside us the entire time, no calls came through and nobody knocked on the door. That explanation simply doesn't add up.
The only positive was that TUI kept communicating with us throughout. In the end, though, we solved the problem ourselves by paying to move hotels.
Thankfully, we managed to save my 50th birthday by moving to another hotel in Vilamoura. Had we stayed here, it would have been a completely different story.
Would I return? Only if I accidentally got on the wrong coach.

not too good
Our experience was terrible from the very beginning. We found cockroaches in the bathroom, which was extremely disappointing.
There were endless queues at the bar because their system apparently wasn’t working. Even when they were serving drinks, the staff seemed to ignore us. I don’t want to assume it was because of our nationality or that they thought we couldn’t afford the drinks, but that’s honestly how we felt.
The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly, and the shower water kept changing from hot to cold without warning, making it very uncomfortable.
The outdoor pool was overcrowded, with many people playing with balls in the water, which made it unpleasant to use. We ended up using the indoor pool instead, which was much better.
The staff were generally rude and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. In the restaurant, they treated us as if we were stupid, which made the experience even worse.
The only positive aspects of our stay were the spa massage, which was very good, and the indoor pool, which we really enjoyed.

Great week in Albufeira
The hotel is very well located, with lovely pool and lovely infrastructure! The animation girl Paula and Carol are a walking joy! They cheer up the crowd and bring a great energy to the guests! It’s a big a shame the shows now are all inside, if they were outside more people would join in! The staff from the bar and from the restaurant are terrible, excluding one or two that are very nice and helpful, in terms of service they leave a lot to be desired! And when their boss arrives… things get even worst! She starts shouting at them in the middle of the guests! It’s very unpleasant when you’re trying to enjoy your meal at peace! The guys from the bar should also learn to leave the safety of the counter and do some table service or at least clean a bit of the tables outside… they’re not that busy, they are just a bit lazy!
