Best holiday ever
We are still here and what a lovely stay we are having! Staff are lovely ! The food and service is fantastic 👌 would definitely recommend to people! Some lovely restaurants near by plus minutes to the beach walking...lovely sunset down there.. The pool is never overcrowded and we also get a sunbed !
Perfect chilled out holiday
We returned this summer to Vila Gale Atlantico for the second time. It was absolute bliss the first time around and we were delighted that our second visit was just as lovely (if not better!).
We stayed in a suite on the third floor, the rooms are enormous and the layout is just right. The kitchenette is bigger than many others we’ve seen in family hotel rooms, and the pools, games room etc meant that our kids were never bored. We didn’t stray far from the local area but a couple of trips to Planet Fusion with some leftover euro coins also kept them entertained!
The food was fabulous and staff were all so friendly. Will definitely be back for a third time!

A good hotel but needs to sort out the basics
Gake is a small and totally new settlement just to the South of Armacao De Pera. The hotel is reasonably well located with a nice pool and facilities. The nearby beach is fabulous but note that the sea is consistently rough.
We had a large suite with pool and sea view. There are two drawbacks with the hotel. Firstly the catering is poor. The staff do not refill quickly enough and frankly what is supposed to be hot food is often cold and has been hanging around too long. The other drawback is that other than walking the few hundred yards to the sea side bars there is just about norhing to do in the evenings. The cabaret is usually dire and even when an outside artiste is present the management rather crassly leave all the large TVs turned on blaring out a non stop diet of football. Rude to the entertainers and rude to the guests

Great Resort, well run, friendly staff, lovely outdoor pool , near to sandy beach and good food options.
Stayed at one of Vila Gale's other hotels in Cascais and so tried this one. Just as good. Loved the outdoor pool, plenty of beds and towels.Hotel was clean, well run, staff were very helpful and the apartment was big with maid service each day. The resort is near a lovely sandy beach with lots of food options either in the hotel or nearby, with a supermarket only a short walk. Would recommend.
