Excellent, immaculate and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend. Only one minor fault ...... No bananas be at breakfast!! Ha ha. Otherwise....10 out of 10.
The location of the hotel is good, with some local restaurants close by. You get dropped of at the bus stop, which is about a 5 minute walk to the hotel reception. Don't let the outside disappoint you, when you walk into reception the interior is very nicely decorated, and you get a warm welcome from the staff. (An outdoor paint/refresh would improve the kerb appeal). The hotel is lovely, with great staff, well stocked breakfast, covering all tastes and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The pool is quite small, but suitable for a cooling dip, plenty of sunbeds and if you are happy to forgo a towel change every day, you get a 5euro ticket, every day you do so, to use at the bar. Air-conditioning included in each room. Would recommend.
Loved this hotel. It was extremrly clean, staff were so helpful and lovely and I enjoyed my stay so much. I was travelling solo and felt safe both in the hotel and the area. I can highly recommend it. The pool area is a bit small but I always managed to get a space. The reception staff were particularly helpful. Thank you Diane
Stayed here for 8 nights & it was lovely. Couldn’t leave a review for my April visit as too close to a previous one. Not going to lie after lots of lovely visits April left me disappointed with leaking shower, poor communication etc. However; kept the faith & just had 8 nights in a lovely room with no issues. All the staff are great & the view from the breakfast room is just beautiful. Lovely lady called Rebecca in there who was so engaging.
One thing despite all the positives is that I really feel there should be a shower room for check outs. Most hotels offer these & particularly with late flights & in 35c heat it’s disappointing there is no facility. Luggage storage but no where other than the toilets to freshen up.
Location is great in my opinion & even though hotel was full we had no trouble getting a sunbed despite how busy the hotel was.
Stayed for 11 nights from June 28th to July 9th. Dropped off at a bus stop 5 minutes walk away & I have to admit the outside isn't great & could do with a refresh but when we got inside we were warmly greeted by João Costa who checked us in gave us information about breakfast / pool times etc , all the staff were very friendly & helpful & couldn't do enough for us Special mentions to Anderson in the restaurant who gave us lots of information about the area & Antonio & Filipa in the bar who felt like friends by the time we left. The hotel is spotlessly clean & nicely decorated . The pool is small but we always managed to get a sunbed & the food is exceptional Shops & restaurants a 15 to 20 minute walk away. Can't wait to visit again
