Return to the Velamar ….
Stayed here for a week on a Jet2 holiday and then a couple of extra days via Booking.com
Lovely stay as always - great location & you cannot beat the view across to Maria Luisa beach from the rooftop breakfast room.
The rooms are lovely just a little dark for my liking (too munch navy paint) but nice overall. Nice touches like water, toiletries, safe included.
I had rooms booked for Nov having stayed there last couple of years but sadly theses have been cancelled as the hotel is closing for winter.

Don't judge a book by it's cover gf
Had a great visit to the Velamar. Exterior looks a bit tired, but inside a different story. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is kept spotlessly clean. All the staff friendly and helpful. The local beach is within walking distance, a word of caution if you are not good on your legs there are a lot of steps to get down. One last thing if you have an early pickup to the airport you will find sign at reception don't wait for him to come back call number, even the coach driver was aware:)
Great hotel in Olhos.
Very nice hotel.excellent breakfast & tapas etc available for lunch/evenings. Fillipa at the bar very helpful/kind ably assisted by Antonio. Breakfast 'team' always a smiling face..thanks. Will definitely return.xx
Wonderful hotel
What a wonderful small hotel, pool is small but sufficient Breakfast is fabulous The hotel is immaculately clean and the rooms are very comfortable Only criticism really is they should repaint the outside it doesn’t match the beautiful decoration inside and makes the hotel Look a bit tired which it’s really not We’ve been here 3 times now and wouldn’t stay anywhere else Need to mention Anderson at the pool bar and breakfast he is so lovely and helpful really lovely man who always was willing to help and recommend places

Great Getaway
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely Stay at the Velmour Boutique Hotel
We had a lovely stay at the Velmour Boutique Hotel. The hotel was nice and clean, and the location was just perfect for what we wanted. The snack bar food was great, and all the staff were really nice, friendly and welcoming.
They also noticed it was my birthday, and when we returned from a day out, there was a birthday cake and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. Such a lovely, thoughtful touch that made our stay extra special!
We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend the hotel to others. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️
