Celebrating my sisters 40th birtbday
Dear Westin Team,
I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere thanks to each and every one of you for making our stay at The Westin so special and for helping to make my sister’s 40th birthday truly memorable.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. A special thank you to Dilay at reception, who checked us in with such warmth and kindness, and to all the reception staff for their wonderful hospitality.
We would also like to thank the restaurant and bar teams, the housekeeping staff, and everyone behind the scenes who made our stay so enjoyable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, the incredibly comfortable bed, and the fantastic food were all exceptional.
A very special thank you for the fabulous complimentary gift and bottle of wine left in our room. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made my sister’s birthday even more special. ❤️
We must also mention the lovely gentleman who made our omelettes every morning. His friendly smile and kindness were the perfect way to start each day. These little touches make such a difference and are what make a stay truly memorable.

Stunning Resort with Great Facilities
A beautiful resort in a stunning location, our apartment room had everything we needed and was very clean and well maintained. Loads of sunbeds so we never felt we had to hurry to secure a spot and towels a plenty too. All the swimming pools are shallow so ideal to cool off in whether you are a hardened swimmer or not. We personally found that there is a distinct lack of staff around the pool area so if you want a drink you do need to search it out but this wasn't a gamechanger for us. I don't agree with putting a 10% service charge on absolutely every bill they issue to you - they are not supposed to add this as it is meant to be at your discretion so you can ask them to remove it as it can soon mount up over time. They do need to give a little more information about how things work at breakfast as we didn't know that you have to ask for black tea and milk as all the self service machines are only for coffee but we caught on eventually. All in all a very nice resort with a lovely boardwalk to the beach so you can have the best of both world, beach or pool or both. Highly recommended with many restaurants a short Uber ride away if you feel like a change of scenery - also a very well stocked supermarket is a 10 minute walk away if you want to make use of the fridge, freezer, ovens and hob in the apartment to save some euros.

An amazing weekend in Salgados 🌴
I stayed at Westin Salgados for a week end and has been a great experience. My room was a huge Junior Suite with pool and garden view, with a full equppied kitcken and a spacious living área, and huge terrace as well. It was very clean and tidy, with a special design. Staff all over the hotel was very friendly and kind. Breakfast was delicious!
