Only thing I missed was an outdoor restaurant. Restaurant inside with aircondition wasn't so good for me.
Millie’s first holiday aboard
Genuinely, the best holiday. There was not one thing we could fault (the only personal challenge was the type of pillows for sleeping, as very high and caused neck issue). The staff are amazing, the food was unbelievable, and the hotel itself is superb quality and cleanliness. Close to shops, beach, and airport. Very peaceful location, even if entertainment going on downstairs. Brilliant for families, especially the pools and kids club - 4 adults and 1 child (2) - cannot comment on older children’s activities. Great value for money overall and would definitely look to return. Do not hesitate to book!

Excellent, Welcoming
Excellent hotel we stayed for a week and we were made to feel welcome from arriving which was nearly midnight to when we checked out.. the food was amazing and all the staff especially in the restaurant were so attentive always had a smile … the lady in the bar area I didn’t get her name but she always had a lovely smile . I would recommend this hotel . The room we had was a suite very spacious. We were all inclusive but was very nice to have the space and excellent cleanliness
Lovely relaxing week
A fantastic week at the Patio suite hotel. All staff are an absolute credit to themselves and the hotel. The hotel is immaculately kept in all areas. The food is constantly refreshed in the buffet restaurant and has a very relaxed atmosphere compared to other all inclusive hotels we have stayed. No issue getting sunbeds or parasols at anytime of the day. 10-15 minutes walk to the beautiful Faleisa beach. A shuttle ran by the hotel to here at certain times of the day also. Evening entertainment a bit hit and miss for us but that’s a very personal thing and not a direct reflection on the hotel. We enjoyed a few lovely evenings in a lovely Portuguese bar around the corner called Casa Branca. Would highly recommend a visit the owner was very friendly and atmosphere was nice. Bar in hotel is nice. The only suggestion I would have is that for drinks not on the all inclusive you pay full price where I have seen a subsidized rate for this in other hotels. People in other reviews have complained about plastic glasses in the bar at evening time but I didn’t find it a major issue as they are the good quality solid plastic and not the flimsy disposable kind. A wine glass was plastic but was a wine glass if you get my meaning. Glasses in the restaurant were proper glass. Some nice local bars and restaurants within walking distance but if you want albufeira new or old town you will need an uber really. Over all a lovely stay at this hotel. A massive thank you to the fantastic staff who all made you feel so welcome

A lovely family friendly clean hotel. Excellent food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Easy to get an uber to Mar, Vilamoura and Albufeira. Shuttle bus to beach was easy to book and with plenty of availability.
