After reading reviews we were very sceptical about this place. Totally different to what we was expecting. Staff were friendly rooms a bit dated but we wasn't staying in the rooms long enough as we was out alot. It was clean no cock roaches. It was just what we needed as it was near the stip and also the beach. It is on a big steep hill but nothing we couldn't manage but if needed you could get a tuck tuck to take you back.

Zero customer support I have made 8 attempts to contact them directly from varying Sources and had zero response in over 5 days

PLEASE READ - never normally moan but please stay away!! this hotel breaches your data and is not first aid trained. we booked a cheap hotel as have done multiple times before and never had a problem but this hotel isnt safe. Upon check in we realised the room was filthy (see photos), we got some makeup wipes and wiped the floor and they were black and covered in hairs, we went to reception just to make them aware as the floor should at least be clean right? we told the blonde girl on reception who was very rude to not send the cleaners - we just wanted to make them aware the cleaners are potentially not doing their job correctly. anyway 2 cleaners knock on our door; black lady with short hair and a white woman with brunette long hair they start shouting at us in Portuguese, i try to give her google translate on my phone so we can have a conversation, she proceeds to knock my phone out of my hand. Whilst they are changing one of the beds that has hair on the sheet, my friend gets in the shower, about 2 minutes in, the shower door shatters everywhere (see photos). the reception lady (who speaks very good english bare in mind) is back in our room (there is 5 members of staff in the room) checking what is going on, my friend is sitting on the side, her legs and feet are bleeding and has loads of shatters of glass in them - no one asked if she was okay, no first aid or help was offered. the reception lady has now left after not saying a word, i have gone to speak to her at the desk, explaining we didn't knock it or anything and she tells me how the glass is brand new and was replaced 3 days ago??? does this not explain the glass is not safe as why did it shatter in the first place. she is not listening to me, speaking to me like i am child and tells me we will not receive our 200 euro deposit back as 'we broke the glass on purpose'. upon checkout we accept the fact we are not getting our money back, we mention the fact no help was offered and asked if they were even first aid trained to which she didn't respond with words and just got out the first aid box. we asked how they would've handled the situation if it was a child and she said they would've phoned an ambulance - yet we couldn't even get an 'are you okay' i also said they need to get in touch with the company who replaced the glass as this glass clearly is not safe and she gave me dirty looks and was just rude to me. Breeching data: the desk is never staffed and they have a cubby wall along the back with each master key in and the room number underneath (see photos) so essentially anyone can take one of these keys at anytime as no one is ever there and there is very easy access to the other side of the desk. they have a 'luggage storage room' which is covered in paper work which they get you to sign when you check in, has people names, passport numbers on etc again everyone has access to this, these paperworks are not stored correctly and are just scattered all over this room (see photos) again never one to normally moan and stay in cheap hotels often but i promise you, you need to avoid this place at all costs.
